| dc.description.abstract | Na década de 1970, após um período de estagnação, com o boom da literatura infantil brasileira, uma nova tendência começou a ser delineada. Nesse novo quadro, despontam grandes escritores, dentre eles, Ana Maria Machado, um dos expoentes por criar uma literatura de linguagem extremamente cuidadosa. Ana conseguiu conciliar o que, em princípio, parecia se opor: o emprego de uma linguagem comunicativa que se nega ao hermetismo e o apelo a imagens poéticas que buscam o prazer estético, procurando tornar o texto acessível ao pequeno leitor e interessante ao adulto. Este livro, Nos teares da imaginação de Ana Maria Machado, teve por objetivo o estudo da memória na obra da autora com ênfase na novela do outro mundo, produção infantojuvenil, pelo intercurso do narrador, procurando articular a memória das experiências vividas pela autora e a (re)construção, pela escrita, das sensações/impressões do vivido, atualizadas pelo sujeito que narra; plano em que se interpenetram o autor e o narrador. Na novela Ana Maria Machado torna possível o diálogo entre o que poderia ter sido resgatado pela memória e interpretado pelo sujeito que escreve, e o que é (re)construído pelo narrador que no presente relata. Procurei, neste livro, focar a não linearidade da trama, cujos enlaces espaço/temporais se abrem à multiplicidade, articulando passado (memória da infância), presente (recriado) e futuro (imaginado), em arranjos que caminham pela sobreposição de planos narrativos. Nesse percurso em que o pretérito é (re)criado no presente narrativo, via autor que o atualiza na voz do narrador, procurei sustentação na teoria sobre o escritor criativo de Sigmund Freud (1908), na teoria sobre o fictício e o imaginário de Wolfgang Iser (1976, 1979) e na teoria da narrativa de Oscar Tacca (1983). | dc.description.abstract2 | In the 1970s, after a period of stagnation, with the boom of Brazilian children's literature, a new trend began to emerge. In this new landscape, great writers appeared, among them Ana Maria Machado, one of the exponents for creating literature with extremely careful language. Ana managed to reconcile what, in principle, seemed to oppose each other: the use of communicative language that eschews hermeticism and an appeal to poetic images that seek aesthetic pleasure, striving to make the text accessible to the young reader and interesting to the adult.,This book, "In the Looms of Ana Maria Machado's Imagination," aimed to study memory in the author's work with emphasis on her juvenile novel, Do outro mundo, through the interweaving of the narrator. It seeks to articulate the memory of experiences lived by the author and the (re)construction, through writing, of the sensations/impressions of what was lived, updated by the narrating subject—a plane where author and narrator interpenetrate. In the novel, Ana Maria Machado makes possible the dialogue between what could have been rescued by memory and interpreted by the writing subject, and what is (re)constructed by the narrator who recounts in the present. In this book, I sought to focus on the non-linearity of the plot, whose spatio-temporal connections open up to multiplicity, articulating past (childhood memory), present (recreated), and future (imagined), in arrangements that proceed through the superposition of narrative planes. In this journey where the past is (re)created in the narrative present, via the author who updates it through the narrator's voice, I sought support in Sigmund Freud's (1908) theory on the creative writer, Wolfgang Iser's (1976, 1979) theory on the fictitious and the imaginary, and Oscar Tacca's (1983) theory of narrative.
