| dc.description.abstract | Opapel do docente no processo de ensino/aprendizagememEADse faz necessário à utilizaçãodasnovas tecnologiasdigitaisedeve-seatentarascompetênciasehabilidadesque essamodalidadedeensinoexigedodocenteNessecontexto, temosaseguinte indagação: comoa formaçãodosdocentesdaEJAnoensinosuperiordePedagogianamodalidadeem EADnaUNEB/UAB, podecontribuirnapráticapedagógica?Oobjetivogeral desseestudoé analisarascontribuiçõesdaformaçãodocentedocursodePedagogiaemEAD,paraaprática pedagógicadosdocentesdaEJA, reforçandoanecessidadedeuma formaçãoespecíficado docentevoltadaparaEAD.Osobjetivosespecíficos são: a) compreender sobreoprocesso histórico daEADnoBrasil e suas implicações para a prática pedagógica do docente; b) identificar como os docentes do ensino superior daEJApodemutilizar aEADparauma aprendizagemmaissignificativa; c) identificaros indicadoresquepossibilitamaaprendizagem dosdocentesdaEJAdoensinosuperiornocursodeformaçãoemEAD.Oestudoestásendo realizado numa perspectiva de estudo de caso. Para isso, fazem-se necessáriasalgumas interlocuçõesteóricaspropostasnapesquisa,acercadoprocessoformativododocentedaEJA namodalidadeemEAD; trazer reflexõeseanálisesatravésdequestionáriosemiestruturado, observações, anotaçõeseentrevista.Acreditoqueestapesquisa, irá trazercontribuiçõesnos estudosdaEJAcomo foconamodalidadeemEAD,promovendoumapropostadeformação continuadaaessesdocentes, fomentaraformaçãododocenteeoreflexodesseprocessopara contribuirnaaprendizagemdosestudantesparaformamaisefetiva.Paraosuporteteóricofoi utilizado os seguintes autores: Minayo (2003); Pimenta (2002); Zabalza (2004); Anastasiou (2003); Freire (1987); Kenski (2010); Lévy (1993);Moran (2002); Castells (2003);Massetto (2005); Furtado (2016); Ausubel (2003); Moreira (2010); Valente (2018); Libâneo (2008); Vasconcelos (2009),DiPierro(2006),Arroyo, (2007),Nóvoa(1995).Paraumafundamentação legal, se faznecessárioodestaquedaLei9394/96;Leinº12.056,de2009.Leinº12.796,de 2013.
