dc.description.abstractEsta pesquisa teve como objetivo geral sistematizar as bases político-pedagógicas do trabalho dos professores do Centro Municipal de Educação Infantil Deputado Lourival Evangelista Costa, com vistas à elaboração de diretrizes orientadoras para a construção do Projeto Político Pedagógico da escola. No decorrer da pesquisa, foi possível: analisar o trabalho pedagógico individual e coletivo realizado pelas professoras do Centro Municipal de Educação Infantil em estudo; identificar as bases político-pedagógicas que norteiam a realização do trabalho pedagógico no CMEI; e a partir do trabalho das professoras, elaborar diretrizes político-pedagógicas para a construção do PPP do CMEI. A investigação deste fenômeno social, no campo da educação, aconteceu inicialmente atendendo às categorias centrais da pesquisa, a saber: Trabalho pedagógico; Educação Infantil e Projeto Político Pedagógico. O movimento metodológico proposto privilegiou a abordagem qualitativa, do tipo descritiva e de natureza aplicada, em que se elegeu a perspectiva da pesquisa participante como estratégia, fazendo-se guiar por diferentes técnicas de produção de dados no campo empírico, a saber: revisão bibliográfica sistematizada, pesquisa documental, observação participante, entrevista semiestruturada e roda de conversa. Estes procedimentos permitiram a produção de dados junto aos participantes, a saber: a diretora e as professoras do CMEI lócus desta pesquisa. Os resultados encontrados, em síntese, reafirmam a importância do trabalho pedagógico do professor no processo de produção do conhecimento, na formação da criança na sua integralidade, assim também para a elaboração do PPP. Além disso, a análise revela a necessidade de se possibilitar, na escola, momentos de diálogo, tais quais a roda de conversa realizada na pesquisa, para refletir sobre o trabalho pedagógico que é realizado pelas professoras, tendo em vista que o tempo disposto para diálogo e reflexão, da forma como hoje se organiza o trabalho, não é suficiente para discutir as demandas reais. A partir das diretrizes político-pedagógicas elaboradas, como produto final desta pesquisa, espera-se que a comunidade do CMEI Deputado Lourival Evangelista Costa consiga construir/sistematizar o Projeto Político Pedagógico da escola, de forma participativa e democrática.
dc.description.abstract2The general objective of this research was to systematize the political-pedagogical bases of the teachers' work at the Centro Municipal de Educação Infantil Deputado Lourival Evangelista Costa to draw up guidelines aimed at building the Political Pedagogical Project of the school. During the research, it was possible to: analyze the individual and collective pedagogical work carried out by the teachers of the Municipal Center for Early Childhood Education under study; to identify the political-pedagogical bases that guide the accomplishment of the pedagogical work in the CMEI; and based on the work of the teachers, elaborate political-pedagogical guidelines for the construction of the CMEI's PPP. The investigation of this social phenomenon in the field of education initially took place considering the central categories of the research namely Pedagogical work, Early Childhood Education, and Pedagogical Political Projects. The proposed methodological movement privileges the qualitative approach, of the descriptive type and of an applied nature, in which the participant research perspective was chosen as a strategy, being guided by different data production techniques in the empirical field, namely: systematized bibliographical review, document research, participant observation, semi-structured interview, and conversation wheel. These procedures allowed the production of data with the participants, namely: the director and the teachers of the CMEI locus of this research. The results found in the summary reaffirm the importance of the teacher's pedagogical work in the knowledge production process, in the formation of the child in its entirety, in addition, in the elaboration of the PPP. In addition, the analysis reveals the need to make possible, at school, moments of dialogue, such as the conversation wheel carried out in the research, to reflect on the pedagogical work that is carried out by the teachers, considering that the time available for the dialogue and reflection, the way work is organized today, is not enough to discuss real demands. Based on the political-pedagogical guidelines elaborated, as the final product of this research, it is expected that the community of CMEI Deputado Lourival Evangelista Costa will be able to build/systematize the Political Pedagogical Project of the school in a participatory and democratic way.
