dc.description.abstractO presente estudo tem como objetivo geral conhecer a importância do brincar e do lúdico no desenvolvimento cognitivo, emocional e social da criança e como objetivos específicos conhecer a perspectiva do brincar nos documentos oficiais; compreender o papel do brincar no desenvolvimento social, emocional e cognitivo da criança; analisar o papel da brincadeira e do lúdico na educação infantil e discutir a importância do brincar no desenvolvimento da criança como atividade principal. Trata-se de uma pesquisa científica bibliográfica e documental a qual com base em pesquisas, revisões sistemáticas de artigos publicados em revistas científicas e obras de Piaget (2011), Vygotsky (1994), Kishimoto (2010) e Friedmann (2013), busca responder a seguinte problemática: De que forma o brincar contribui para o desenvolvimento cognitivo, emocional e social da criança, potencializando o seu processo formativo na educação infantil? Desse modo, recorremos ao ordenamento legal em documentos oficiais como a BNCC (2018), o ECA (1990), o RCNEI (1998) e a LDB (2017), os quais retratam o brincar como uma atividade importante no desenvolvimento da criança que estimula a imaginação e sua criatividade, além de desenvolver suas experiências emocionais, corporais, sensoriais, expressivas, cognitivas, sociais e relacionais, e se busca entender que o brincar e o ato de se divertir é um direito de toda criança na educação infantil e descrever a importância da brincadeira no desenvolvimento e no processo formativo da criança. Será apresentado aos leitores o papel do brincar na educação infantil, o qual influencia no processo de aquisição do saber da criança e auxilia nas suas dificuldades proporcionando assim meios para que haja um ensino aprendizagem de qualidade e a importância do papel do professor e da instituição escolar no processo de desenvolvimento da criança. Este estudo busca evidenciar a importância do brincar no desenvolvimento infantil, e facilitar a compreensão de como a brincadeira atua no desenvolvimento da criança e como esse brincar favorece aprendizagens significativas na educação infantil.
dc.description.abstract2The present study has as its general objective to understand the importance of play and ludic activities in the cognitive, emotional, and social development of the child, and as specific objectives to understand the perspective of play in official documents; to comprehend the role of play in the social, emotional, and cognitive development of the child; to analyze the role of play and ludic activities in early childhood education; and to discuss the importance of play in child development as a main activity. It is a bibliographic and documentary scientific research which, based on research, systematic reviews of articles published in scientific journals, and the works of Piaget (2011), Vygotsky (1994), Kishimoto (2010), and Friedmann (2013), seeks to answer the following problem: In what way does play contribute to the cognitive, emotional, and social development of the child, enhancing their formative process in early childhood education? Thus, we turn to the legal framework in official documents such as the BNCC (2018), the ECA (1990), the RCNEI (1998), and the LDB (2017), which portray play as an important activity in child development that stimulates imagination and creativity, in addition to developing emotional, bodily, sensory, expressive, cognitive, social, and relational experiences, and it is sought to understand that play and the act of having fun is a right of every child in early childhood education and to describe the importance of play in the development and formative process of the child. It will be presented to readers the role of play in early childhood education, which influences the process of knowledge acquisition of the child and helps in overcoming difficulties, thus providing means for a quality teaching-learning process and highlighting the importance of the role of the teacher and the school institution in the child’s development process. This study seeks to highlight the importance of play in child development and to facilitate the understanding of how play acts in the development of the child and how this play favors meaningful learning in early childhood education.
