| dc.description.abstract | Esta coletânea é fruto da parceria entre o NUGEF - Grupo de Pesquisa em Gestão Educacional e Formação de Gestores (vinculado à Universidade do Estado da Bahia) e outros grupos de pesquisa, e objetiva divulgar resultados de pesquisas, estimular a produtividade acadêmica e contribuir para a formação continuada de gestores educacionais. A análise proposta neste livro apresenta alternativas de ação e reflexão, convidando o leitor a compreender o cenário que envolve a gestão e a política educacional e a aprofundar os estudos sobre a dinâmica da gestão no cotidiano das escolas e dos sistemas educativos. | dc.description.abstract2 | This collection is the result of a partnership between NUGEF - Research Group in Educational Management and Manager Training (linked to the State University of Bahia) and other research groups. Its objective is to disseminate research results, stimulate academic productivity, and contribute to the continuing education of educational managers. The analysis proposed in this book presents alternatives for action and reflection, inviting the reader to understand the scenario involving educational management and policy and to deepen studies on the dynamics of management in the daily lives of schools and educational systems.
