| dc.description.abstract | O presente relatório final caracteriza-se como produção textual cujo objetivo é demonstrar ações desenvolvidas entre março e dezembro de 2021, durante o período de realização de estágio de pós-doutoramento no Programa de Pós-graduação em Educação e Diversidade (PPGED) do Campus IV da Universidade do Estado da Bahia (UNEB) sob supervisão do Prof. Dr. Antenor Rita Gomes. Esta ação formativa a nível stricto sensu foi balizada pelas seguintes intencionalidades científicas: ressignificar à docência universitária em instituições de ensino superior no contexto do semiárido; realizar revisão sistemática sobre a produção científica nacional desenvolvida nos últimos 10 (dez) anos que versaram sobre a inserção de Metodologias Ativas na Formação Docente Inicial no contexto do semiárido nordestino; ofertar ação extensionista sobre Metodologias Ativas para Educação Básica e Superior para educadores no contexto semiárido nordestino. Compreendo que tais objetivos foram atingidos em sua totalidade. No tocante ressignificar a prática educativa a nível superior em instituições de ensino superior no contexto do semiárido, compreendo, que saio desta ação formativa com novas perspectivas em relação a docência no ensino superior em contexto do semiárido. Pelo fato de não ter me afastado de sala aula para realizar tal estágio de pós-doutoramento entendendo que isso possibilidades ao longo do ano de 2021 incorporar diariamente os saberes adquiridos no PPGED aos componentes curriculares que ministrei na UNIVASF. A revisão sistemática sobre a produção científica nacional dos últimos 10 (dez) anos sobre a inserção de Metodologias Ativas na Formação Docente Inicial no contexto do semiárido nordestino também ocorreu, inclusive, a ponto de fundamentar teoricamente o desenvolvimento das ações de pesquisa e extensão realizadas ao longo deste ano. Uma crítica a ser realizada sobre esta intencionalidade foi a ausência da produção um artigo científico que organizasse os saberes apropriados desta ação. O curo de extensão sobre Metodologias Ativas para Educação Básica e Superior para educadores no contexto semiárido nordestino, também, foi realizado, inclusive, compreendo que esta intencionalidade foi a culminância de todas as ações realizadas durante o pós-doutoramento. Por ter sido uma ação online foi 18 oportunizado dialogar com diversos professores do Brasil sobre a importância da inserção das Metodologias Ativa nas práticas educativas. A intenção é que esta ação seja colocada como ação de fluxo contínuo dentro das atividades do Cult-VI. Por fim, compreendo que agora encontro-me apto para tornar-me professor colaborador do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação e Diversidade (PPGED) e contribuir para a inserção das Metodologias Ativas como elemento de fortalecimento das práticas educativas no semiárido nordestino. | pt_BR |
| dc.description.abstract2 | The present final report is characterized as a textual production aimed at demonstrating actions developed between March and December 2021, during the postdoctoral internship at the Graduate Program in Education and Diversity (PPGED) of Campus IV of the State University of Bahia (UNEB), under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Antenor Rita Gomes. This stricto sensu formative action was guided by the following scientific intentions: to redefine university teaching in higher education institutions in the context of the semiarid region; to conduct a systematic review of national scientific production developed in the last 10 years regarding the incorporation of Active Methodologies in Initial Teacher Education in the context of the northeastern semiarid region; to offer extension action on Active Methodologies for Basic and Higher Education for educators in the northeastern semiarid context. I understand that these objectives were fully achieved. Regarding redefining educational practice at the higher education level in institutions in the semiarid context, I understand that I emerge from this formative action with new perspectives regarding teaching in higher education in the semiarid context. Because I did not have to leave the classroom to carry out this postdoctoral internship, understanding that this allowed me to incorporate the knowledge acquired in the PPGED into the curricular components I taught at UNIVASF throughout the year 2021. The systematic review of national scientific production over the last 10 years on the incorporation of Active Methodologies in Initial Teacher Education in the context of the northeastern semiarid region also took place, even to the extent of theoretically grounding the development of research and extension actions carried out throughout this year. One criticism to be made about this intentionality was the absence of the production of a scientific article that organized the knowledge appropriated from this action. The extension course on Active Methodologies for Basic and Higher Education for educators in the northeastern semiarid context was also carried out, and I understand that this intentionality was the culmination of all the actions carried out during the postdoctoral period. As it was an online action, it provided an opportunity to dialogue with various teachers from Brazil about the importance of incorporating Active Methodologies into educational practices. The intention is for this action to be implemented as a continuous flow action within the activities of Cult-VI. Finally, I understand that I am now ready to become a collaborating professor in the Graduate Program in Education and Diversity (PPGED) and contribute to the incorporation of Active Methodologies as a strengthening element of educational practices in the northeastern semiarid region. | |
