dc.description.abstractO trabalho de conclusão de curso ora apresentado traz como tema os desafios da politica de implantação do ensino fundamental em tempo integral no município de Valente-BA. Tendo como objetivo geral compreender os desafios contemporâneos enfrentados pela política de implantação do ensino fundamental em tempo integral no município de Valente, especificamente no Centro Municipal de Educação Cecília Meireles. Os objetivos específicos são: refletir abordagens filosóficas referentes à proposta de educação em tempo integral; problematizar a pauta à luz dos desafios atuais do cenário brasileiro; localizar a execução da política educativa em tempo integral no Centro Municipal de Educação Cecília Meireles em Valente-BA; Para a edificação da fundamentação teórica dialogamos com: MOLL (2010), CAVALIERE (2010), BARTOLINI; NUNES (2018), CHAVES (2002). Quanto aos aspectos metodológicos a abordagem é qualitativa, pois, consideramos que tal perspectiva é a mais adequada para tratar do objeto de estudo: os desafios da educação em tempo integral no CEM Cecilia Meireles. Concluímos que mesmo com tantas dificuldades os desafios de implementar a educação fundamental em tempo integral é um dos caminhos para uma sociedade justa e democrática.
dc.description.abstract2The final project presented here addresses the challenges of implementing full-time elementary education in the municipality of Valente, Bahia. The overall objective is to understand the contemporary challenges faced by the implementation of full-time elementary education in the municipality of Valente, specifically at the Cecília Meireles Municipal Education Center. The specific objectives are: to reflect on philosophical approaches to the full-time education proposal; to problematize the agenda in light of current challenges in the Brazilian scenario; to locate the implementation of the full-time education policy at the Cecília Meireles Municipal Education Center in Valente, Bahia; To build the theoretical foundation, we dialogued with: MOLL (2010), CAVALIERE (2010), BARTOLINI; NUNES (2018), and CHAVES (2002). Regarding the methodological aspects, the approach is qualitative, as we consider this perspective the most appropriate to address the object of study: the challenges of full-time education at the Cecilia Meireles Municipal Education Center. We conclude that despite the many difficulties and challenges of implementing full-time elementary education, it is one of the paths to a fair and democratic society.
