dc.description.abstractA presente dissertação é resultado da pesquisa que teve como objetivo analisar os Planos Municipais de Educação dos municípios do Território de Identidade Sertão Produtivo, identificando suas estratégias para a consecução da meta 6 do Plano Nacional de Educação relativa à ampliação da Educação em Tempo Integral e da sua oferta. A pesquisa foi realizada através da pesquisa documental e pesquisa participante, através da roda de conversa realizada de forma virtual, que contou com a participação dos Dirigentes Municipais de Educação, dos ex-Dirigentes e dos membros da equipe técnica de monitoramento e acompanhamentos dos Planos Municipais de Educação dos vinte municípios pertencentes ao território. Os dados foram analisados utilizando o método de Análise Textual Discursiva, por meio da fundamentação teórica baseada no materialismo histórico dialético e está organizada em seis capítulos, sendo eles: Percurso inicial; Trilha metodológica; Trajetória da Educação Integral no Brasil; Educação Integral nos Planos Municipais de Educação do território Sertão Produtivo; Caminhos trilhados pelos municípios do território de identidade Sertão Produtivo para alcançar a Educação Integral; e Considerações pertinentes para o momento. Os principais resultados desta pesquisa acerca da Educação Integral no território revelou que os municípios possuem experiências com Educação Integral por meio do Programa Mais Educação, e com implantação de escolas com Educação Integral em jornada ampliada e que todos os 20 municípios possuem nos seus planos municipais metas e estratégias para alcançar a Educação Integral, entretanto falta investimentos para que a Educação Integral realmente aconteça, desde a melhoria da infraestrutura até a formação dos profissionais envolvidos. Por meio dos resultados obtidos foi possível construir uma revista informativa, tida como produto educacional integrante dessa pesquisa.pt_BR
dc.description.abstract2The present dissertation is the result of research that aimed to analyze the Municipal Education Plans of the municipalities of the Sertão Productive Territory, identifying their strategies for achieving goal 6 of the National Education Plan regarding the expansion of Full-Time Education the provision of Integral Education. The research was carried out through documental research and participant research, through the conversation circle carried out in a virtual way, which had the participation of Municipal Education Directors, ex- Directors and members of the technical team for minitoring and follow-up of Municipal Plans. Of Education of the twenty municipalities belonging to the territory. The data were analyzed using the Discursive Textual Analysis method, through the theoretical foundation based on dialectical historical materialism and is organized into six chapters, namely: Initial course; Methodological trail; Trajectory of Integral Education in Brazil; Integral Education in Municipal Education Plans in the Sertão Productive territory; Paths taken by the municipalities of the Sertão Productive identity territory to achieve Integral Education; and Relevant considerations for the time being. The main results of this research on Integral Education in the territory revealed that the municipalities have experiences with Integral Education through the More Education Program, and with the implementation of schools with Integral Education on an extended day and that all 20 municipalities have goals in their municipal plans. and strategies to achieve Integral Education, however, there is a lack of investments for Integral Education to really happen, from the improvement of infrastructure to the training of the professionals involved. Through the results obtained, it was possible to build an informative magazine, seen as an educational product that is part of this research.
