| dc.description.abstract | Este trabalho discute como se deu o surgimento, organização e atuação da Juventude Agrária Católica (JAC), em São Miguel das Matas – Ba, nos anos de 1956 a 1969 (início e fim do Movimento na cidade), considerando o contexto sociopolítico e eclesial do período em que este Movimento da Ação Católica Especializada atuou. Um dos objetivos principais é refletir sobre a situação do papel da mulher nesse processo e do homem do campo no período da ditadura civil-militar, destacando a relação igreja e política, a fim de entender como esse Movimento se firmou e quais suas contribuições diante de sua expansão na Bahia. | |
| dc.description.abstract2 | This work discusses how the Catholic Agrarian Youth (JAC) emerged, was organized and performed in São Miguel das Matas – Ba in the years 1956 to 1969 (beginning and end of the movement in the city) considering the socio-political and ecclesiastical context of the period. in which this Specialized Catholic Action movement acted. Having as one of the main objectives to reflect on the situation of the role of women in this process and of rural men during the period of the Civil Military Dictatorship, highlighting the relationship between church and politics in order to understand how this movement was established and what its contributions were to its expansion in Bahia. | |
