dc.description.abstractO objetivo deste estudo consistiu-se em compreender os sentidos socialmente instituídos e compartilhados que o professor do ensino médio atribui/ancora/legitima em relação à educação ambiental e suas implicações nas significações que os alunos articulam para as questões socioambientais. A questão de que desencadeou o processo de investigação foi: Como os sentidos, manifestos nos ditos e não ditos dos professores sobre a educação ambiental no ensino médio, repercutem no quefazer educativo sobre as questões socioambientais? Propôs-se enquanto objetivos específicos: ampliar do horizonte teóricometodológico, referente à práxis educativa sobre as questões socioambientais no Ensino Médio; gerar elementos filosófico-conceituais sobre as categorias: Sentido, Imaginário Social e Educação Ambiental; mapear os ditos e não ditos que permeiam os sentidos ancorados em relação à Educação Ambiental no ensino médio; e, identificar as representações sociais dos docentes e discentes sobre Educação Ambiental que interfere no quefazer educativo sobre as questões socioambientais. À abordagem da pesquisa teve enfoque epistemológico críticodialético. As premissas teóricas foram elucidadas na Teoria do Imaginário e das Representações Sociais. Caracterizou-se por uma pesquisa explicativa que se propôs elucidar o objeto no Centro Educacional Deocleciano Barbosa de Castro, unidade escolar da rede pública estadual de Jacobina, levando em consideração as etapas de descrição e explicitação das conexões que se estabelecem entre os fatos. Os procedimentos utilizados na investigação articularam o levantamento bibliográfico e a pesquisa de campo, objetivando realizar a triangulação dos dados e instrumentos. Para a coleta optou-se por questionários (quantiqualitativos) e entrevistas profundas. A análise de discurso auxiliou na interpretação e representação dos dados. Os resultados demonstraram que os sentidos manifestados nos ditos e não ditos dos professores evidenciaram um mapa intelectual com fragilidades que repercutiram nas significações expressas pelos alunos e o entrelaçamento explícito com a pedagogia do consenso, uma concepção conservadora das estruturas socioeconômicas vigentes, e que compromete o desvelar crítico e reflexivo da realidade.pt_BR
dc.description.abstract2The aim of this study is to comprehend the socially instituted and shared senses that the High School teacher attributes/anchors/ legitimates in relation to the environmental education and its implications in the significations that the students articulate to the social environmental issues. The matter that triggered the investigation procedure was: How do the senses, disclosed on what is said or not said by the teachers about the topic Environmental Education in High School, have an impact on the educational what to do about social environmental themes? It was proposed as specific goals: broadening the theoretical methodological horizon, that refer to the educational praxis on the High School; generating conceptual philosophical elements about the categories: Sense, Social Imaginary and Environmental education; Mapping what has been said and not said that permeate the anchored senses in relation the Environmental Education in High School; and identificating the social representations of the teachers and learners about Environmental Education that interfere on the educational what to do about the social environmental issues . The research approach had an epistemological critical dialectical focus. The theoretical premises were enlightened through the Imaginary Theory and the Social Representation one. It was characterized as an explanatory research that had intended to elucidate the object on Centro Educacional Deocleciano Barbosa de Castro, public state school unit in Jacobina city, taking into consideration the steps of the description and the explanation of the connections that are established between the facts. The procedures used on the investigation articulated the geographic and field research in order to perform the triangulation of data and tools. For the collection the option was for qualitative and quantitative questionnaires and deep interviews. The analysis of the discourse helped on the interpretation and representation of the data. The results demonstrate that the manifested senses on what is said or not said by the teachers showed an intellectual map with weaknesses that reverberated in the expressed significations by the students and demonstrated the explicit interlacement with the consensus pedagogy, a conservative conception of the valid social and economical structures, and that compromises the critical and reflexive uncovering of the reality.
