dc.description.abstractPartindo da compreensão das desigualdades sociais de gênero, raça e classe refletidas na vida das mulheres, e de como o capital se apropria de seus trabalhos, a presente pesquisa participante se estruturou no paradigma materialista histórico-dialético e nas teorias feministas (SILIPRANDI, 2008; SILVA, 2020), trabalho teve como objetivo sistematizar o processo de construção, participação e fortalecimento das protagonistas – agricultoras e técnicas –, através da metodologia das Cadernetas Agroecológicas (CA) no território do Piemonte da Diamantina/BA. A metodologia político-pedagógica das CA’s foi desenvolvida por organizações feministas ligadas ao movimento agroecológico para visibilizar e valorizar os trabalhos das agricultoras, que não costumam ser considerados pela economia clássica, capitalista e patriarcal (TELLES, 2018; CARDOSO et al., 2020). Baseada na economia feminista, portanto, as CA’s tem demonstrado que as agricultoras, além de garantirem segurança e soberania alimentar das famílias, são as guardiãs da agrobiodiversidade e detém conhecimentos fundamentais para a reprodução dos agroecossistemas (JALIL et al., 2019). Olhando por esse viés, de que formas a metodologia político-pedagógica da CA contribuiu para alterar realidades na autonomia das mulheres agricultoras na região do Piemonte da Diamantina na Bahia? Para responder a essa questão, a pesquisa buscou aprofundar os conhecimentos acerca do feminismo e da agroecologia para superação das desigualdades; analisar a contribuição da metodologia das CA’s no assessoramento técnico da COOPESER no âmbito do projeto Pró-Semiárido; sistematizar como se expressam as narrativas das mulheres sobre as relações sociais de gênero e de trabalho no agroecossistema familiar. Foram discutidos os dados sistematizados das CA’s de 32 agricultoras durante um ano, seus mapas da sociobiodiversidade e questionários socioeconômicos, juntamente aos relatos e experiências registradas no diário de bordo, no grupo das agricultoras no whatsapp e nas rodas de conversas online com a equipe técnica. Foi possível identificar que as agricultoras se tornaram mais empoderadas sobre a gestão do agroecossistema e sobre si próprias, despertando maior autoestima e ampliando as participações políticas em seus territórios. Ao analisar o agroecossistema e a divisão sexual do trabalho, foi concluído que todas as agricultoras ocupam a maioria dos subsistemas que produzem renda, em comparação aos seus companheiros. Além disso, são elas que garantem a maior parte das atividades realizadas para a reprodução da vida, como o trabalho doméstico e de cuidados. Mesmo diante de alguns desafios com as anotações, proveniente da sobrecarga de trabalhos, as mulheres demonstraram que desenvolvem o saber-fazer agroecológico principalmente através de seus quintais, onde garantem o autoconsumo familiar, criam redes de solidariedade e se reconhecem enquanto agricultoras. Por outro lado, seu trabalho não se limita apenas ao quintal, sendo preciso garantir que exerçam autonomia em todos os espaços no agroecossistema, na família, nas organizações sociais e nas políticas públicas. A pesquisa também demonstrou como as CA’s beneficiam as agricultoras na abordagem de um assessoramento técnico pautado na pedagogia feminista. A equipe técnica da COOPESER relatou que o trabalho com a metodologia ampliou os olhares para aqueles espaços que sempre estiveram ocupados pelas agricultoras, mas que na dinâmica do ATER convencional ficavam invisibilizadas ou secundarizadas. Como produto de intervenção, etapa inerente ao mestrado profissional, foi proposto o Intercâmbio Feminista Agroecológico para que as agricultoras possam fortalecer sua auto-organização na luta contra as violências machistas e patriarcais nos territórios.pt_BR
dc.description.abstract2Starting from the understanding of the social inequalities of gender, race and class reflected in women's lives and how the capital appropriates of their works, the present participant research was structured in the historical-dialectical materialist paradigm and on feminist theories (SILIPRANDI, 2008; SILVA, 2020), to systematize the protagonism experiences of female agriculturist from Piemonte da Diamantina/BA with the Agroecological Notebooks – AN's. The AN’s political-pedagogical methodology was developed by feminists organizations associated with the agroecological movement to make visible and value of womend agriculturist, which are not usually considered by classical, capitalist and patriarchal economic policy (TELLES, 2018; CARO et al., 2020). Based on feminist economics, therefore, the AN’s has shown that women agriculturist, in addition of ensuring food sovereignty and security for the families, they are guardians of agrobiodiversity and holds fundamental knowledge for the reproduction of agroecosystems (JALIL et al., 2019). In this sense, the research sought to deepen knowledge about feminism and agroecology to overcome inequalities; analyze the contribution of the AN's methodology on COOPESER's technical assistance within the ambit of the Pró-Semiárido project; to systematize how women's narratives about the social relations of gender and work in the family agroecosystem are expressed; and elaborate a proposal for an Agroecological Feminist Exchange for female agriculturists that can strengthen their self-organization in the fight against sexist and patriarchal violence in the territories. For that, systematized experiences of data from 32 AN’s of women agriculturists were discussed during a year, their maps of sociobiodiversity and socio-economic studies questionnaire, together with the reports and experiences recorded in the logbook, in the group of women agriculturists on whatsapp and in the online group conversations with the technical team. It was possible to identify that women agriculturits became empowered over the management of the agroecosystem and about themselves, awakening greater self-esteem and expanding political participation in their territories. When analyzing the agrosystem, the work’s sexual division, it was concluded that all the women agriculturist occupied most of the subsystems that generate an income, compared to their companions. In addition, they are the ones who guarantee most of the activities carried out for the reproduction of life, such as housework and care. Even faced with the challenges with the notes, mainly due to work overload, the women demonstrated that develop the agroecological know-how, specially through their backyards, where they guarantee family selfconsumption create solidarity networks and recognize themselves as agriculturists. On the other hand, their work is not limited to the backyard, and it is necessary to ensure that they exercise autonomy in all spaces in the agroecosystem, in the family, in social organizations and in public policies. The research also investigates how the agriculturists are benefited with the AN’s in the approach of an advisory based on feminist technical pedagogy. The COOPESER’s technical team reported that working with the methodology broadened the perspectives of those spaces that have always been occupied by female agriculturists but that in the dynamics of the conventional ATER they were invisible or secondary.
