dc.description.abstractO Agente Comunitário de Saúde (ACS), é um profissional da saúde na rede pública, que faz o primeiro contato com a comunidade, construindo uma relação entre a saúde e o paciente. Nesta pesquisa, compreendemos o papel do profissional de saúde, junto a uma comunidade quilombola e a sua relação entre a educação e saúde. Apresentamos como questões norteadoras: Quais as práticas educativas desenvolvidas pelos agentes comunitários de saúde? De que forma o trabalho do Agente Comunitário de Saúde contribui para a promoção da saúde na comunidade de Itapura, em Miguel Calmon/Bahia? A partir destas questões, construímos nosso objetivo geral: Analisar o trabalho do Agente Comunitário de Saúde considerando a relação entre educação e saúde na comunidade de Itapura, em Miguel Calmon/Bahia a partir das práticas educativas desenvolvidas na comunidade. E os objetivos específicos: a) Refletir sobre as normativas legais que incidem sobre o trabalho do ACS; b) Analisar o trabalho do Agente Comunitário de Saúde com a população da Comunidade Itapura, município de Miguel Calmon-Bahia estabelecendo uma relação educação e saúde; c) Construir um vídeo, que contribua na formação e no trabalho dos ACS que atuam em áreas quilombolas. A pesquisa foi desenvolvida no município de Miguel Calmon/Bahia, na Comunidade Quilombola Itapura, com os Agentes Comunitário de Saúde. Realizamos uma pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa, tipo pesquisa documental, e colaborativa, com os instrumentos de questionário e entrevista em profundidade. Os nossos autores de referência foram Morosini (2018), Bornstein (2016) e os dispositivos legais, Leis, Portarias, Decretos, Parecer, Relatório anual de gestão da Secretária Municipal de Saúde. Consideramos que a atuação dos Agentes Comunitários de Saúde contribui para a promoção de saúde da comunidade através da atuação realizada durante as visitas domiciliares que proporciona a esse profissional atuar dentro do contexto familiar promovendo a mediação entre comunidade e Unidade Básica de Saúde. No que se refere a intersetorialidade saúde e educação ocorre coletivamente através das formações colaborativas dentro da UBS e das formações em espaços não formais junto à comunidade.
dc.description.abstract2The Community Health Agent (CHA) is a health professional in the public health system who makes the first contact with the community, building a relationship between health and the patient. In this research, we understand the role of the health professional in a quilombola community and its relationship between education and health. Our guiding questions are: What are the educational practices developed by community health agents? How does the work of the Community Health Agent contribute to the promotion of health in the community of Itapura, in Miguel Calmon/Bahia? Based on these questions, we constructed our general objective: To analyze the work of the Community Health Agent considering the relationship between education and health in the community of Itapura, in Miguel Calmon/Bahia based on the educational practices developed in the community. And the specific objectives: a) To reflect on the legal regulations that affect the work of the CHA; b) To analyze the work of the Community Health Agent with the population of the Itapura Community, municipality of Miguel Calmon-Bahia, establishing a relationship between education and health; c) To create a booklet that contributes to the training and work of the ACS who work in quilombola areas. The research was developed in the municipality of Miguel Calmon/Bahia, in the Itapura Quilombola Community, with the Community Health Agents. We conducted a qualitative research approach, documentary research type, and collaborative, with the instruments of questionnaire and in-depth interview. Our reference authors were Morosini (2018), Bornstein (2016) and the legal devices, Laws, Ordinances, Decrees, Opinion, Annual Management Report of the Municipal Health Department. We consider that the work of Community Health Agents contributes to the promotion of community health through the work carried out during home visits that allows this professional to act within the family context, promoting mediation between the community and the Basic Health Unit. Regarding the intersectorality of health and education, it occurs collectively through collaborative training within the UBS and training in non-formal spaces with the community.
