dc.description.abstractEsta dissertação versa sobre o tratamento educativo dado à questão da diversidade religiosa presente na escola pública, tomando como caso de estudo a escola municipal Abrigo Filhos do Povo, situada no bairro da Liberdade, em Salvador-Ba, tendo em vista as implicações que isso pode gerar no processo de ensino aprendizagem e nas relações interpessoais. A pesquisa é um estudo de caso e de cunho qualitativo, com sua sustentação metodológica em autores como Macedo (2004); Gatti (2005); Demo (2001); Mattelart (2004); Nosella & Buffa (2009); Bardin (2009); Orlandi (2009) e Lüdke e André (1986). Para a perspectiva de práticas educativas, que se estende para além do trabalho docente, foi escolhido Libâneo (1994), como principal referência, mas sem desprezar a importância de Freire (1987, 1996, 1997, 1998 e 2003); Saviani (1998), Gaddoti (1994) e outros. Bogardus (1965); Eliade (2010); Gaarder (2005); Wach (1990); Akkari (2010); Bourdieu (2010); Foucault (2010); Weber (2009); Junqueira (2010, 2011), Diniz (2010) e Durkheim (1996) compõem o principal quadro teórico deste trabalho, no que tange a discussão da diversidade e do fato religioso na sociedade. Os dados colhidos no campo, através de questionários, grupo focal, aplicação da escala de Bogardus, documentação legal e histórica da instituição, somados a observações do cotidiano, muito contribuíram para uma análise equilibrada do objeto da pesquisa. A mudança no cenário religioso brasileiro apontado pelo censo do IBGE (2000), os diversos casos de intolerância religiosa dentro do contexto escolar, noticiados nas várias mídias, assim como as dificuldades encontradas pelos profissionais da educação para lidar com a inclusão das novas normativas, a exemplo da Lei 10.639/03, fazem com que o interesse a respeito da dinâmica adotada por uma escola para lidar com essas questões se tornasse imprescindível no momento histórico atual, posto que, além da garantia do êxito acadêmico, a escola deva se preocupar em formar pessoas capazes de interagir pacificamente com os diferentes, garantindo a própria existência da humanidade.pt_BR
dc.description.abstract2This dissertação turns on the educative treatment data to the question of the present religious diversity in the public school, taking as study case the municipal school Shelter Children of the People, situated in the quarter of the Freedom, in Salvador-Ba, in view of the implications that this can generate in the process of education learning and the interpersonal relations.The research is a study of case and qualitative matrix, with its metodológica sustentation in authors as Macedo (2004); Gatti (2005); Demon (2001); Mattelart (2004); Nosella & Buffa (2009); Bardin (2009); Orlandi (2009) and Lüdke e Andres (1986). For the perspective of practical educative, that if extends stops beyond the teaching work, Libâneo was chosen (1994) as main reference, but without disdaining the importance of Freire (1987, 1996, 1997, 1998 e 2003); Saviani (1998), Gaddoti (1994) and others. Bogardus (1965); Eliade (2010); Gaarder (2005); Wach (1990); Akkari (2010); Bourdieu (2010); Foucault (2010); Weber (2009); Junqueira (2010, 2011), Diniz (2010) and Durkheim (1996) compose the main theoretical picture of this work, in what it refers to the quarrel of the diversity and the religious fact in the society. The data harvested in the field, through questionnaires, focal group, application of the scale of Bogardus, legal and historical documentation of the institution, added the comments of the daily one, much had contributed for a balanced analysis of the object of the research. The change in the Brazilian religious scene pointed by the census of the IBGE (2000), the diverse cases of religious intolerância inside of the pertaining to school context, notified in some medias, as well as the difficulties found for the professionals of the education to deal with the inclusion of new the normative ones, the example of Law 10,639/03, makes with that the interest regarding the dynamics adopted for a school to deal with these questions if became essential at the current historical moment, rank that, beyond the guarantee of the success academic, the school must if worry in forming capable people of interacting pacifically with the different ones, guaranteeing the proper existence of the humanity.
