| dc.description.abstract | Este estudo aborda a edição semidiplomática de um manuscrito do século XIX, com foco na preservação da autenticidade e integridade histórica do texto original, bem como nas mudanças grafemáticas apresentadas pelo texto. A pesquisa foi realizada no Arquivo Público Municipal de Itaberaba, em colaboração com o GELPS (Grupo de Estudos Linguagens e Periferias). O objetivo deste trabalho é realizar a edição semidiplomática de dois fólios (recto e verso) de um livro manuscrito de notas do século XIX, descrevendo os aspectos extrínsecos e intrínsecos do documento e transcrevendo os fólios escolhidos. O livro contém registros diversos, incluindo cartas de liberdade de escravos. A análise de um manuscrito histórico, como uma carta de alforria, é essencial para compreender as formas e estruturas dos documentos da época. A pesquisa foi conduzida com base na análise filológica, priorizando o conteúdo original do documento e as variações textuais surgidas ao longo das transcrições. Foram identificadas variantes linguísticas e ortográficas, bem como influências históricas e culturais do período. Como referencial teórico, utilizou-se: Bellotto (2002), que categoriza diferentes tipos de documentos diplomáticos; Berwanger (2008), que destaca o crescimento da Paleografia e Diplomática e sua importância para diversas áreas do conhecimento; Buchardt (2004), que enfatiza a reprodução fiel dos aspectos físicos do manuscrito; Cambraia (2005), que aborda os principais tipos de edição na crítica textual; Ferreira (2017), que discute a edição crítica e a correção de erros no texto original; Castro (1995) e Spina (1994), que exploram a filologia e suas raízes na Grécia Antiga; Santiago-Almeida (201a), que comenta sobre os sentidos amplo e estrito da filologia; Teyssier (2007), que trata sobre a história da Língua Portuguesa. A análise e transcrição do manuscrito revelaram variantes linguísticas e ortográficas, além de influências históricas e culturais. A edição crítica proposta visa apresentar uma compreensão mais aprofundada do texto, mantendo sua autenticidade e integridade histórica. | |
| dc.description.abstract2 | This study looks at the semi-diplomatic edition of a 19th century manuscript, with a focus on preserving the authenticity and historical integrity of the original text, as well as the graphematic changes presented by the text. The research was carried out at the Itaberaba Municipal Public Archive, in collaboration with GELPS (Language and Periphery Study Group). The aim of this work is to carry out a semi-diplomatic edition of two folios (recto and verso) of a 19th century manuscript note book, describing the extrinsic and intrinsic aspects of the document and transcribing the chosen folios. The book contains various records, including letters of freedom for slaves. The analysis of a historical manuscript, such as a manumission letter, is essential to understanding the forms and structures of the documents of the time. The research was based on philological analysis, prioritizing the original content of the document and the textual variations that emerged during the transcriptions. Linguistic and orthographic variants were identified, as well as historical and cultural influences from the period. The theoretical framework used was: Bellotto (2002), who categorizes different types of diplomatic documents; Berwanger (2008), who highlights the growth of Paleography and Diplomatics and their importance for various areas of knowledge; Buchardt (2004), who emphasizes the faithful reproduction of the physical aspects of the manuscript; Cambraia (2005), who addresses the main types of editing in textual criticism; Ferreira (2017), who discusses critical editing and the correction of errors in the original text; Castro (1995) and Spina (1994), who explore philology and its roots in Ancient Greece; Santiago-Almeida (201a), who comments on the broad and strict meanings of philology; Teyssier (2007), who deals with the history of the Portuguese language. The analysis and transcription of the manuscript revealed linguistic and orthographic variants, as well as historical and cultural influences.
