dc.description.abstractEsta dissertação apresenta os resultados de uma pesquisa que teve como questão problema: como a formação continuada dos Gestores Escolares que atuam na Educação de Jovens e Adultos em escolas públicas de Salvador e Região Metropolitana, tem contribuído para o fortalecimento da práxis gestora democrática no ambiente escolar? O objetivo geral foi analisar a formação continuada oportunizada aos Gestores Escolares da EJA, em atuação nos ambientes escolares de Salvador e no âmbito da região metropolitana, visando identificar os limites e as possibilidades da formação. Os objetivos específicos propuseram identificar os principais desafios para a gestão escolar nas escolas públicas do contexto investigado; compreender se as ofertas de formação desenvolvidas com os gestores das escolas públicas, articulam os saberes e os conhecimentos que visam fortalecer a atuação na gestão da EJA de forma a contribuir para o fortalecimento de práticas participativas; colaborar com a construção de uma proposta coletiva para a implantação de espaços dialógicos e formativos nos ambientes escolares da rede pública de ensino, por meio da metodologia dos Círculos de Diálogo, valorizando os conhecimentos teóricos sobre a EJA, os saberes práticos construídos pelos gestores escolares no exercício da atuação, assim como as práticas inovadoras que possam favorecer o desenvolvimento da gestão em EJA através da tomada de decisão coletiva. Nesta perspectiva, o itinerário investigativo adotou a pesquisa aplicada como natureza essencial do processo que teve como abordagem a pesquisa qualitativa. A estratégia técnica foi a pesquisa participante, uma vez que consideramos a possibilidade de o pesquisador compartilhar da vivência dos sujeitos investigados, através da utilização de instrumentos para este fim como, entrevista semiestruturada, observação participante e desenvolvimento de Círculos de Diálogo, que foram interpretados a partir do retorno à questão problema, como norteadora das decisões que possibilitaram a conquista do objetivo geral e a compreensão do objeto de pesquisa. A análise das informações foi orientada por meio da entrada em cena dos objetivos específicos, fundamentados teoricamente nesta Dissertação, e a obtenção e sistematização dos dados empíricos da investigação, detalhados e triangulados para melhor compreensão do objeto. Realizamos extensa revisão bibliográfica, que fundamentou os estudos sobre a relação entre a gestão escolar e a EJA como direito, evidenciando os impasses como desafios da formação, através das contribuições de Domingues (2014), Lück, Freitas, Girling e Keith (2012), Dellapiene (2006), Cury (2006 e 2008), Arroyo (2005), Freire (1997,1999), Amorim (2012), Libâneo (2012), Lima (2007) Luz e Jesus (2006), Gadotti (2009), Lück (2012 e 2014), Cury (2007), Paro (1988), Gadotti e Romão (2012) e Libâneo (2012, 2015), dentre outros. Os resultados das informações produzidas no campo apontaram para a necessidade de se desenvolver uma formação continuada nos ambientes escolares de forma dinâmica, tendo a efetiva participação dos gestores no processo, apontando soluções para as dificuldades vivenciadas, através do Círculo de diálogo como metodologia legítima para a formação, assim como a necessidade de realizar um trabalho coletivo que fortaleça a democracia participativa no ambiente escolar.pt_BR
dc.description.abstract2This dissertation presents the results of a research that had as problem question: how the continuing education for School Managers that work in the Education for Youth and Adults in public schools of Salvador and Metropolitan Region has contributed to the strengthening of the democratic management praxis in the school environment? The general objective was to analyze the continuing education offered to School Managers of Education for Youth and Adults working in the school environments of Salvador and within the metropolitan region, in order to identify the limits and possibilities of this education. The specific objectives proposed to identify the main challenges for the school management in the public schools of the researched context; to understand if the education offers developed with the managers of the public schools articulate the knowledges and learnings that aim to strengthen the performance in the management of the Education for Youth and Adults in order to contribute to the strengthening of participative practices; to collaborate with the construction of a collective proposal for the implantation of dialogues and formative spaces in the school environments of the public school, through the methodology of the Circles of Dialogue, valuing the theoretical knowledge about the Education for Youth and Adults, the practical knowledge built by the school managers in their work, as well as innovative practices that may favor the development of Education for Youth and Adults management through collective decision-making. In this perspective, the research itinerary adopted the applied research as an essential nature of the process that had as its approach the qualitative research. The technical strategy was the participant research, since we considered the possibility of the researcher sharing the experience of the investigated subjects, through the use of instruments for this purpose as semi-structured interview, participant observation and development of Circles of Dialogue, which were interpreted from the return to the problem question, as the guiding force for the decisions that made possible the achievement of the general objective and the understanding of the research object. The analysis of the information was guided by the arrival of the specific objectives, theoretically based on this Dissertation, and the obtaining and systematization of the empirical research data, detailed and triangulated for a better understanding of the object. We have carried out an extensive bibliographic review, which based the studies on the relationship between school management and the Education for Youth and Adults as a right, evidencing the impasses as education challenges, through the contributions of Domingues (2014), Lück, Freitas, Girling and Keith (2012), Dellapiene (2006), Cury (2006 and 2008), Arroyo (2005), Freire (1997,1999), Amorim (2012), Libâneo (2012), Lima (2007) Luz and Jesus (2006), Gadotti Lück (2012 and 2014), Cury (2007), Paro (1988), Gadotti and Romão (2012) and Libâneo (2012, 2015), among others. The results of the information produced in the field pointed to the need to develop a continuing education in the school environments in a dynamic way, having the effective participation of the managers in the process, pointing out solutions to the difficulties experienced, through the Dialogue Circle as a legitimate methodology for the education, as well as the need to carry out a collective work that strengthens participatory democracy in the school environment.
