| dc.description.abstract | Este trabalho busca analisar os aspectos religiosos da história de Leocádia, na região de Guanambi, no período final do século XIX. Procura expor as questões pertinentes ao campo teórico da história das religiões, com foco na religiosidade popular, e analisar o impacto dessa vertente religiosa na cultura guanambiense. Dessa forma, a partir da contextualização da história da religião no Brasil, o texto busca analisar a religiosidade não oficial, a forma como ela é disposta na sociedade, além de distinguir as variadas formas de santificação. Também são expostas as diferentes visões de alguns autores sobre a figura de Leocádia e de que maneira isso impacta na relação do público com a história. Todos esses pontos foram dispostos a partir da análise bibliográfica, sendo utilizadas fontes como: artigos, dissertação de mestrado, livros e reportagens. | |
| dc.description.abstract2 | This study seeks to analyze the religious aspects of the history of Leocádia in the region of Guanambi during the final period of the nineteenth century. It aims to present issues relevant to the theoretical field of the history of religions, with a focus on popular religiosity, and to analyze the impact of this religious strand on Guanambi’s cultural context. Thus, based on the contextualization of the history of religion in Brazil, the text seeks to examine non-official religiosity, the way it is expressed in society, and to distinguish the various forms of sanctification. The study also presents different perspectives from several authors regarding the figure of Leocádia and how these views influence the public’s relationship with her history. All these points are addressed through bibliographic analysis, using sources such as academic articles, a master’s thesis, books, and journalistic reports. | |
