dc.description.abstractA Educação Física, em linhas gerais, se constituiu como um campo de atuação profissional abrangente, no qual se pode trabalhar, entre outros, com o lazer, com a promoção da saúde, com o esporte amador, performance e com a educação, a partir do ensino desse componente nas escolas. Nesse cenário, a pesquisa se insere no último campo, ou seja, da educação. Com temática delineada sob o processo de inclusão de estudantes com deficiência, e locus de pesquisa em cinco escolas que integram a rede de ensino do Município de Lauro de Freitas, Bahia. O presente projeto possui como objetivo geral compor subsídios orientadores para a estrutura de instrumento de planejamento da Rede Municipal de Educação em Lauro de Freitas, quanto à inclusão do estudante com deficiência na perspectiva do ensino da Educação Física. Como objetivos específicos definiu-se os seguintes alvos: Caracterizar o ensino da educação física para a educação especial no município de Lauro de Freitas através das diretrizes para o processo inclusivo na etapa do ensino fundamental II, no período de vigência do Plano Municipal de Educação 2015/2025; analisar o processo de planejamento da rede municipal de Lauro de Freitas sob os aspectos normativos e pedagógicos, concernentes à inclusão do estudante com deficiência e compreender o desempenho dos Projetos Plantão da Inclusão e Escola Acessível no município de Lauro de Freitas, quanto ao atendimento aos estudantes com deficiência. Trata-se de uma pesquisa aplicada, de natureza descritiva, utilizando o método do estudo de caso. A participação das pessoas será evidenciada por meio de entrevistas e depoimentos de professores que tiveram experiência na prática do ensino da Educação Física e o processo de inclusão do estudante com deficiência. A pesquisa documental será constituída por extratos de documentos como Leis, Decretos, Diretrizes que descrevem o contexto histórico e cronológico da Educação Inclusiva, a fim de proporcionar o estudo e trazer subsídios para responder à questão problema. O locus da pesquisa envolve as cinco escolas da Rede Municipal de Lauro de Freitas que atendem o ensino fundamental II e estão localizadas na região central da cidade. Serão fornecidos os dados extraídos do InepData (2023), apresentando ainda dados do período de vigência do PME (2014-2023). Será dada ênfase ao contexto da educação especial como uma modalidade de ensino. Os sujeitos da pesquisa envolvem os coordenadores, professores de educação física que atuam nas cinco escolas e representantes do Departamento de Inclusão da Pessoa com Deficiência da Secretaria Municipal de Educação (SEMED). Sobre a estratégia para a coleta de dados, estes foram obtidos através da aplicação de questionário com os Coordenadores e Professores de Educação Física das cinco escolas localizadas na região central da cidade e de uma entrevista estruturada com o representante do Departamento de Inclusão da Pessoa com Deficiência. A pesquisa revelou lacunas arquitetônicas quanto à adequação de espaços destinados à prática de esportes e atividades físicas e lacunas pedagógicas o processo de planejamento. Nessa linha, evidencia a adoção de estratégias referentes à estruturação de ações para impulsionar o projeto Escola Acessível e um modelo formativo para orientar, o planejamento, a prática, contribuindo com a formação dos profissionais da educação, qualificando-o para o processo de inclusão de estudantes deficientes no ensino regular da etapa do Fundamental II.
dc.description.abstract2Generally speaking, Physical Education has become a wide-ranging field of professional activity in which you can work, among other things, with leisure, with health promotion, with amateur sport, performance and with education, by teaching this component in schools. In this scenario, the research is inserted in the last field, education. Its theme is the process of inclusion of students with disabilities, and the locus of the research is in five schools that are part of the education network in the municipality of Lauro de Freitas, Bahia. The general aim of this project is to create guidelines for the structure of a planning tool for the Municipal Education Network in Lauro de Freitas, with regard to the inclusion of students with disabilities from the perspective of teaching Physical Education. The following specific objectives were defined: to characterize the teaching of physical education for special education in the municipality of Lauro de Freitas through the guidelines for the inclusive process in the elementary school II stage, during the period of validity of the Municipal Education Plan 2015/2025; to analyze the planning process of the municipal network of Lauro de Freitas under the normative and pedagogical aspects, concerning the inclusion of students with disabilities and to understand the performance of the Inclusion Duty and Accessible School Projects in the municipality of Lauro de Freitas, regarding the care of students with disabilities. This is an applied, descriptive research using the case study method. People's participation will be evidenced through interviews and testimonies from teachers who have had experience in the practice of teaching Physical Education and the process of including students with disabilities. The documentary research will consist of extracts from documents such as Laws, Decrees, Guidelines that describe the historical and chronological context of Inclusive Education, in order to provide the study and bring subsidies to answer the problem question. The locus of the research involves the five schools of the Lauro de Freitas Municipal Network that serve elementary school II and are in the central region of the city. Data extracted from InepData (2023) will be provided, as well as data from the period of validity of the PME (2014-2023). Emphasis will be placed on the context of special education as a teaching modality. The research subjects include coordinators, physical education teachers who work in the five schools and representatives of the Department of Inclusion of People with Disabilities of the Municipal Department of Education (SEMED). Regarding the strategy for data collection, these were obtained through the application of a questionnaire to the Coordinators and Physical Education Teachers of the five schools located in the central region of the city and a structured interview with the representative of the Department of Inclusion of People with Disabilities. The research revealed architectural gaps in the suitability of spaces for sports and physical activities, as well as pedagogical gaps in the planning process. In this regard, it highlights the adoption of strategies related to the structuring of actions to promote the Accessible School project and a training model to guide planning and practice, contributing to the training of education professionals and qualifying them for the process of including students with disabilities in regular education in the 2nd stage of elementary school.
