dc.description.abstractO presente estudo, de natureza descritiva e qualitativa, tem como objetivo geral conhecer a percepção do usuário acerca do acolhimento enquanto ação capaz de promover o estabelecimento de vínculo entre ele e a Unidade Básica de Saúde e, como objetivos específicos identificar o sentimento do sujeito em relação à equipe de saúde no que diz respeito ao acolhimento; relacionar os motivos que norteiam o usuário na escolha da Unidade Básica de Saúde para atendimento e identificar as facilidades e as dificuldades para o estabelecimento de vínculo entre o usuário e a Unidade Básica de Saúde, na fala dos sujeitos da pesquisa. O estudo foi realizado com dez usuários que buscaram atendimento no período de 01 a 18 de agosto de 2008, no Centro de Saúde Rodrigo Argolo. Os dados foram coletados através da realização de uma entrevista semi-estruturada. Para análise das informações, utilizou-se a técnica de análise de conteúdo das entrevistas. Para isso, os dados foram agrupados em quatro categorias: Número de unidades utilizadas X Motivo determinante de escolha da UBS; Periodicidade de freqüência X Conhecimento dos serviços disponíveis; Dificuldades e facilidades encontradas para atendimento e Significado e sentimento de acolhimento. Observou-se que: a proximidade entre Unidade e domicílio foi considerada o fator mais determinante na escolha de uma UBS; a atenção recebida pelo usuário mostrou ser um fator que determina positivamente a sua freqüência aos serviços da UBS e que houve o predomínio de fatores que dificultam o atendimento. A partir dos resultados, pode-se inferir que o acolhimento, enquanto estratégia de reorientação do Modelo Assistencial pode contribuir para aproximar o usuário da Unidade Básica de Saúde. Necessita-se, portanto, que haja investimentos na qualificação de trabalhadores, com vistas à implementação de mudanças no processo de trabalho em saúde baseados em modelos de atenção que valorizem o estabelecimento de vínculo entre usuário e profissional.
dc.description.abstract2The present study, of descriptive and qualitative nature, has like general objective knows the perception of the user about the welcome while action able to promote the establishment of bond between him and the Basic Unity of Health and, like specific objectives identify the feeling of the subject regarding the team of health what concerns the welcome; to make a list of the motives that orientate the user in the choice of the Basic Unity of Health for service and to identify the facilities and the difficulties for the establishment of bond between the user and the Basic Unity of Health, in the speech of the subjects of the inquiry. The study was carried out by ten users who looked for service in the period from 01 to 18 of August of 2008, in the Centre of Health Rodrigo Argolo. The data were collected through the realization of a semi-structured interview. For analysis of the informations, there was used the technique of analysis of content of the interviews. For that, the data were grouped in four categories: Number of used unities X determinative Cause of choice of the UBS; Periodicity of frequency X Knowledge of the available services; Difficulties and facilities found for service and Meant and feeling of welcome. There was observed what: the proximity between Unity and residence was considered the most determinative factor in the choice of an UBS; the attention received by the user showed to be a factor that determines positively his frequency to the services of the UBS and what there was the predominance of factors that make difficult the service. From the results, it is possible to infer that the welcome, while strategy of redirection of the Model Assistencial can contribute to bring near the user of the Basic Unity of Health. one needs, so, that there are investments in the workers qualification, with sights to the implementation of changes in the process of work in health based on models of attention that value the establishment of bond between user and professional.
