Escola do campo e a organização do trabalho pedagógico: leituras das relações com a mineração no assentamento nova esperança

| dc.description.abstract | O presente trabalho visa identificar e analisar as principais alterações pedagógicas que ocorreram na Escola Municipal do Assentamento Nova Esperança, em Cansanção, Bahia, após a ocorrência da instalação da empresa exploradora de Minério Yamana S/A, e as implicações na construção do trabalho pedagógico articulado à Educação do Campo. O Assentamento fica localizado na divisa entre os Municípios de Santaluz e Cansanção – BA. Indaga-se acerca do que foi feito do trabalho pedagógico a partir da instalação da mineradora nas proximidades da comunidade assentada e em que medida os impactos ambientais e sociais das atividades de exploração de minério, podem subsidiar aspectos da organização do trabalho pedagógico no âmbito da sala de aula e do Projeto Político da Escola do Campo. Os pressupostos teóricos que fundamentam a pesquisa são: Caldart (2012), Ferreira (2015), Freitas (1994), Molina & Sá, (2012), Frigotto (2010), Freire (2019). O lócus é a Escola Municipal Assentamento Nova Esperança. De natureza qualitativa, com abordagem na forma participante/ação, utilizará como instrumento metodológico a correspondência de Cartas Pedagógicas cujo objetivo é estabelecer um diálogo horizontal sobre as transformações ocorridas no trabalho pedagógico desde a instalação da referida empresa na região. Igualmente, utilizou-se o questionário para levantamento das informações mais gerais sobre as participantes. A intervenção ocorre por meio da realização de curso de extensão para docentes que atuam na escola pesquisada. Este, focaliza a leitura da/na e sobre a docência; o estudo da história, concepções e princípios da Educação do Campo; igualmente, pautará as matrizes formativas na perspectiva de Caldart (2012), quais sejam: o trabalho, a luta social, a organização coletiva, a cultura e a pedagogia da história; e a agroecologia como contraponto ao avanço do agronegócio. Objetiva-se ao final do curso de extensão a publicação de um e-book a partir das experiências e dos trabalhos desenvolvidos pelas docentes na escola do assentamento ao longo do curso, de modo que o pensar, construir, executar e avaliar ocorram em paralelo à formação das docentes. O estudo identifica a importância da escola municipal no assentamento numa relação de identidade e de contribuição histórica para a comunidade. Assim como, aponta também para a ocorrência de alteração incipiente na atividade pedagógica e uma origem ainda embrionária na utilização de processos formativos que envolvem a educação do campo. Evidencia a invisibilidade de temas como sustentabilidade, agroecologia e agricultura familiar nas políticas públicas do Município de Cansanção no que tange à Educação e ressalta a necessidade de cumprimento da legislação vigente na municipalidade, em especial o Plano Municipal de Educação. Por fim, conclui-se que a ação da mineradora impactou diretamente a vida da comunidade assentada com a fragilização das relações sociais, culturais e econômicas, configuradas ainda pela omissão do próprio Estado e que se faz urgente o apoio estrutural, didático-pedagógico às escolas do campo e à formação docente para o fortalecimento de processos educativos que contribuam efetivamente para uma educação de perspectiva integral, interdisciplinar e críticoemancipadora. | pt_BR |
| dc.description.abstract2 | The present work aims to identify and analyze the main pedagogical changes that occurred at the Municipal School of the Nova Esperança Settlement, in Cansanção, Bahia, after the installation of the mining company of Minério Yamana S/A, and the implications for the construction of the articulated pedagogical work to Rural Education. The settlement is located on the border between the Municipality of Santaluz and Cansanção – BA. It is questioned what was done with the pedagogical work after the installation of the mining company in the vicinity of the settled community and to what extent the environmental and social impacts of the mining activities can support aspects of the organization of the pedagogical work in the scope of the room classes and the Political Project of Escola do Campo. The theoretical assumptions underlying the research are: Caldart (2012), Ferreira (2015), Freitas (1994), Molina & Sá, (2012), Frigotto (2010), Freire (2019). The locus is the Assentamento Nova Esperança Municipal School. Qualitative in nature, with a participant/action approach, it will use as methodological instruments the correspondence of Pedagogical Letters whose objective is to establish a horizontal dialogue about the transformations that have taken place in the pedagogical work since the establishment of the referred company in the region. Likewise, the questionnaire was used to gather more general information about the participants. The intervention takes place through the realization of an extension course for teachers who work in the researched school. This focuses on reading by/in and on teaching; the study of the history, conceptions and principles of Rural Education; equally, it will guide the formative matrices in the perspective of Caldart (2012), namely: work, social struggle, collective organization, culture and the pedagogy of history; and agroecology as a counterpoint to the advance of agribusiness. At the end of the extension course, the aim is to publish an e-book based on the experiences and work developed by the teachers at the settlement school throughout the course, so that thinking, building, executing and evaluating occur in parallel with the teacher training. The study identifies the importance of the municipal school in the settlement in a relationship of identity and historical contribution to the community. As well, it also points to the occurrence of incipient change in pedagogical activity and a still embryonic origin in the use of training processes that involve rural education. It highlights the invisibility of topics such as sustainability, agroecology and family farming in the public policies of the Municipality of Cansanção with regard to Education and highlights the need to comply with the legislation in force in the municipality, in particular the Municipal Education Plan. Finally, it is concluded that the mining company's action directly impacted the life of the settled community with the weakening of social, cultural and economic relations, also configured by the omission of the State itself and that structural, didacticpedagogical support to schools is urgently needed. From the field and to teacher training for the strengthening of educational processes that effectively contribute to an education with a comprehensive, interdisciplinary and critical-emancipating perspective. | |
