dc.description.abstractO trabalho tem como objetivo analisar a atuação das mulheres da Congregação Cristã no Brasil no distrito de Barreiros- BA, entre os anos de 1983 a 2000. Discorreremos a respeito da implantação da Congregação Cristã no distrito de Barreiros, bem como sobre a divisão sexual na organização institucional: administrativa e ministerial. Através dos tópicos de ensinamentos e das fontes orais buscamos perceber quais os ideais de ser mulher da CCB perpetuados por essa documentação oficial e como as fiéis reinterpretam e põe em prática estes mesmos ideais. Concluímos que as mulheres da CCB através de suas transgressões, intencionais ou não, provocaram mudanças dentro da instituição, ora permanecendo para mudar, ora mudando para permanecer.
dc.description.abstract2The objective of this study is to analyze the performance of the women of the Christian Congregation in Brazil in the district of Barreiros-BA, from 1983 to 2000. We will discuss the implantation of the Christian Congregation in the Barreiros district, as well as the sexual division in institutional organization: administrative and ministerial. Through the topics of teachings and oral sources we seek to understand the ideals of being a woman of the CCB perpetuated by this official documentation and how the faithful reinterpret and put into practice these same ideals. We conclude that the CCB women through their transgressions, intentional or not, caused changes within the institution, sometimes remaining to change, sometimes changing to remain.
