dc.description.abstractEsta pesquisa, intitulada “Representações sociais de jovens sobre o Lobato: saberes e práticas socioeducativas no espaço vivido”, objetivou apreender como o conteúdo das RS de jovens sobre o “Lobato” pode contribuir para (re)orientar práticas socioeducativas nos diversos espaços sociais do Subúrbio Ferroviário de Salvador - Bahia. Situada no campo da educação na contemporaneidade, a inspiração epistemológica deste estudo está nas bases teóricas da Psicologia Social (cognição social) e da Geografia Humanística que inclui o espaço social numa perspectiva holística, advinda do esforço em compreender os fenômenos na sua globalidade. Para cumprir com o objetivo, recorremos às bases que fundamentam a teoria das representações sociais, sendo a abordagem estrutural utilizada para a apreensão dos elementos das representações sociais e a abordagem processual para explicar como eles constroem as representações sociais pelos planos (ancoragem e objetivação), assim como recorreremos às funções do saber, identitária e orientadora da teoria. Da mesma forma, para identificar, analisar e discutir os dados utilizamos os métodos e técnicas específicos da TRS para a apreensão das imagens cognitivas a partir de três instrumentos: teste de evocação livre de palavras; fotografias tomadas pelos estudantes e entrevista em grupo. O tratamento dos dados das evocações se deu de forma estruturada por meio de um quadrado composto de quatro quadrantes que representam os conceitos de núcleo central (elementos centrais), elementos intermediários I e II e elementos periféricos e, posteriormente, foram superpostos com a análise das fotografias tomadas pelos jovens/estudantes e com a entrevista em grupo. Após dados analisados e contrastados, os resultados demonstraram que as RS do Lobato se constroem num processo em que os jovens/estudantes ancoram seus saberes a partir das relações sociais que eles estabelecem com seus grupos sociais formados por amigos e familiares. Pode-se perceber, ainda, que as RS do Lobato emergem como um espaço de vida onde há uma conjugação de forças contraditórias, positivas e negativas, internas e externas. As positivas reforçam os aspectos identitários para com o Lobato e as relações sociais que eles estabelecem entre si e os outros da comunidade. Já as negativas são reconhecidas e se fundam nos aspectos econômicos e socioambientais salientados pelos outros, ou seja, por sujeitos externos. Dessa forma, a partir das RS dos jovens, as contribuições para (re)orientar práticas socioeducativas nos diversos espaços se deram nas perspectivas epistemológica, sociopolítica e pedagógica ao propor, respectivamente, avançar o conceito de práticas socioeducativas sustentáveis pelo empreendimento do conceito dos S desenvolvido pela autora; considerar o pensamento e ação dos jovens nos seus espaços vividos e articular os processos de participação da sociedade civil nos espaços de educação formal com os de educação não-formal e, ainda, informal a fim de potencializar aprendizagens significativas. Também foi possível notar lacunas neste estudo que apontam para a necessidade de pesquisas aplicadas em educação que envolvam, numa rede colaborativa, juventudes, políticas públicas, gestores públicos, pesquisadores, escola e comunidade em dinâmicas de solidariedade e colaboração para lidar com as práticas que emergem enquanto “táticas de resistência” a partir dos estigmas sociais, pois desse contexto pode-se potencializar condições favoráveis e amenizar condições desfavoráveis de cada território.pt_BR
dc.description.abstract2This research, entitled “Youth social representations about Lobato: knowledge and socioeducational practices in the living space”, had as its objective to learn how the content of youth social representations about Lobato can contribute to reorient and guide socioeducational practices in the variety of social spaces found in the Rail Suburb of Salvador – Bahia. Placed in the field of education in its contemporaneity, the epistemological inspiration of this study is in the theoretical basis of Social Psychology (social cognition) and of Humanistic Geography that includes social space in a holistic perspective, coming from the effort to comprehend these phenomena in its globality. To fulfill our objective we resort to the basis that grounds the theory of social representations, we used the structural approach to collect the elements of social representations and the procedural approach to explain how they build the social representations by the plans (anchorage and objectification), as well as we resort to the functions of knowledge, identity and theory oriented. In the same way, to identify, analyze and discuss the data, we used methods and techniques specific of social representation theory to apprehend the cognitive images from three instruments: wordless evocation test, photographs taken by students and field interview. Evocation data processing was made in a structured form using a square composed by four quadrants which represent the concepts of central core (central elements), intermediate elements I and II and peripheral elements and, posteriorly, they were superposed with the analysis of the photographs taken by the students and with the group interview. After the analysis and contrast of data, the results have shown that Lobato‟s social representations are built in a process in which youth based their knowledge on social relations they establish with their social groups formed by friends and relatives. We could also realize that Lobato‟s social representations emerged as a space of life in which there is a combination of contradictory forces, positive and negative, internal and external. The positive reinforce identity aspects to Lobato and the social relation youth establish among them and others from community. On the other hand, negative forces are recognized and are ground on economic and socioenvironmental aspects stressed by others, that is, by external subjects. This way, through the youth‟s social representation, the contributions to reorient and guide socioeducational practices in its variety of spaces happened in the epistemological, sociopolitical and pedagogical perspective by proposing, respectively, to advance the concept of sustainable socio-educational practices by the use of the concept of social developed by the author; to consider the thought and action of youth in its environment and articulate the process of civil society participation in formal educational spaces with the ones from non-formal educational and, also, informal in order to enhance significant learning. Also, it was possible to notice gaps in this study that point to the need of applied researches in education that involves, in a collaborative web, youth, public policies, public manager, researchers, school and the community in dynamics of solidarity and collaboration to deal with practices that emerge as resistance tactics as of social stigma, because this context can potentiate favorable conditions and soften unfavorable conditions of each territory.
