dc.description.abstractO presente artigo tem como tema a relação entre o Conselho Tutelar e a escola, destacando sua importância como instrumentos sociais na proteção de crianças e adolescentes. A pesquisa partiu da percepção da necessidade de uma articulação eficaz entre ambas as instituições, com o objetivo de discutir como essa interação ocorre, identificando fatores que a fortalecem ou fragilizam essa relação. Adota-se uma abordagem qualitativa, baseada em estudos bibliográficos e documentais. Os resultados revelam que Conselho Tutelar e escola são aliados essenciais na garantia do direito à educação. No entanto, a relação é prejudicada, sobretudo, pela ausência de comunicação e pelo desconhecimento mútuo de suas funções. O fortalecimento ocorre por meio do diálogo contínuo e da atuação conjunta, comprometida com a efetivação dos direitos da criança e do adolescente. Assim, tanto o Conselho Tutelar quanto a escola têm o dever de assegurar esses direitos de forma colaborativa, sendo o fortalecimento dessa relação essencial para garantir, de maneira eficaz, os direitos das crianças e adolescentes no ambiente social.
dc.description.abstract2This article addresses the relationship between the Guardianship Council and the School, highlighting their importance as social instruments in the protection of children and adolescents. The research stemmed from the perception of the need for effective coordination between both institutions, with the aim of discussing how this interaction occurs, identifying factors that strengthen or weaken this relationship. A qualitative approach is adopted, based on bibliographical and documentary studies. The results reveal that the Guardianship Council and the School are essential allies in ensuring the right to education. However, the relationship is hindered primarily by the lack of communication and mutual ignorance of their roles. Strengthening occurs through continuous dialogue and joint action, committed to the implementation of children and adolescents' rights. Therefore, both the Guardianship Council and the School have a duty to ensure these rights collaboratively, with the strengthening of this relationship being essential to effectively guarantee the rights of children and adolescents in the social environment.
