dc.description.abstractA presente pesquisa visa analisar a representatividade das mulheres negras no Tribunal de Justiça da Bahia e explanar sobre o tema pouco discutido: a presença/ausência de mulheres negras na Justiça baiana. Para embasar as reflexões, a pesquisa propõe a reflexão acerca das adversidades referentes às barreiras socioculturais e à representatividade. Isto a partir do marco teórico dos estudos sobre as construções de poder, a desigualdade étnico-racial e de gênero e o racismo institucional presente na composição da sociedade brasileira que remonta um sistema engenhoso de organização e reafirmam a consciência machista racista das instituições nas percepções sobre discriminação racial e de gênero. A pesquisa será conduzida por meio de uma abordagem qualitativa e de revisão de literatura e análise documental, que permitirá uma compreensão aprofundada das vivências e desafios enfrentados por essas mulheres. Portanto, iremos investigar os motivos que ocasionam a representatividade da mulher negra ou a sua ausência, entender a composição racial e as dinâmicas presentes dentro desse tribunal a partir da realidade de representatividade.
dc.description.abstract2This research aims to analyze the representation of Black women in the Court of Justice of Bahia and to discuss the little-explored topic: the presence/absence of Black women in the Bahian judiciary. To support the reflections, the study proposes to examine the adversities related to sociocultural barriers and representation. This is based on the theoretical framework of studies on power structures, ethnic-racial and gender inequality, and institutional racism present in the composition of Brazilian society, which reflects a sophisticated system of organization and reinforces the sexist and racist consciousness of institutions in their perceptions of racial and gender discrimination. The research will be conducted through a qualitative approach, literature review, and documentary analysis, allowing for an in-depth understanding of the experiences and challenges faced by these women.Therefore, we will investigate the reasons that lead to the representation of Black women or their absence, understand the racial composition and the dynamics present within this court based on the reality of representation.
