dc.description.abstractOBJETIVOS: Revisar e sintetizar conhecimentos acerca do itinerário terapêutico de crianças com deficiência. MATERIAL E MÉTODOS: Trata-se de um estudo de revisão de literatura integrativa, em que foram realizadas consultas nas bases de dados Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS), PubMed, ScienceDirect, SciELO e Web of Science, com período de coleta entre março de 2022 a maio de 2023. Para execução das buscas dos artigos, foram utilizadas palavras-chave: Therapeutic Itinerary e Disabled Child, e suas versões em português e espanhol. Utilizou-se os operadores booleanos AND e OR para combinar os termos de pesquisa. Os critérios de inclusão contemplaram estudos originais que abordaram o itinerário terapêutico de crianças com deficiência, em inglês e português, publicados nos últimos 10 anos. RESULTADOS: A partir da busca realizada nas bases de dados, foram selecionados 9 artigos. As dificuldades relacionadas a acesso aos serviços de saúde descritas nos estudos envolveram a demora para conseguir atendimentos, a alta demanda de espera e a falta de oferta de especialidades. A insuficiência de recursos financeiros causou um impacto direto na busca e no acesso a tratamentos, tornando-se um fator limitante para os familiares atenderem o itinerário terapêutico. A obtenção do diagnóstico foi outro problema apresentado, causado tanto pela falta de informações, quanto pela escassez de acompanhamento clínico necessário. CONSIDERAÇÕES FINAIS: Com base nos resultados pode-se supor que ao encarar as mudanças na rotina para atender o itinerário terapêutico, há alterações na qualidade de vida e nos relacionamentos das famílias de crianças com deficiência, caracterizado por percursos que são longos e exaustivos.
dc.description.abstract2OBJECTIVES: To review and synthesize knowledge about the therapeutic itinerary of children with disabilities. MATERIAL AND METHODS: This is an integrative literature review study, in which consultations were carried out in the Virtual Health Library (VHL), PubMed, ScienceDirect, SciELO and Web of Science databases, with a collection period between March 2022 to May 2023. To carry out the searches of the articles, keywords were used: Therapeutic Itinerary and Disabled Child, and their versions in Portuguese and Spanish. The Boolean operators AND and OR were used to combine the search terms. Inclusion criteria included original studies that addressed the therapeutic itinerary of children with disabilities, in English and Portuguese, published in the last 10 years. RESULTS: From the search carried out in the databases, 9 articles were selected. The difficulties related to accessing health services described in the studies involved the delay in getting appointments, the high demand for waiting and the lack of specialties. The lack of financial resources had a direct impact on the search for and access to treatments, becoming a limiting factor for family members to follow the therapeutic itinerary. Obtaining the diagnosis was another problem presented, caused by both the lack of information and the lack of necessary clinical follow-up. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS: Based on the results, it can be assumed that when facing changes in the routine to meet the therapeutic itinerary, there are changes in the quality of life and relationships of families of children with disabilities, characterized by journeys that are long and exhausting.
