dc.description.abstractEste trabalho dissertativo interpretou a formação em Nível Médio diante dos desafios do mundo do trabalho e, especificamente, o processo de formação Profissional Técnica de Nível Médio, com participantes da investigação (estudantes egressos do curso e professores da escola). O caminho metodológico da pesquisa de concepção praxiológica firma-se na perspectiva da pesquisa qualitativa e faz uma opção pela entrevista narrativa e World Café como dispositivos de (des)construção e coleta de informações. Ela está diretamente ligada à lógica da pesquisa-formação-participante, cujo método só é possível no final – método como caminho - e está permeado pelos Estudos Culturais das políticas públicas para o Ensino Médio (EM). A pergunta fundante volta-se para a compreensão da crise do Ensino Técnico Profissionalizante de Nível Médio no cenário contemporâneo brasileiro, a partir da realidade da Educação Profissional Técnica de Nível Médio de uma instituição pública no município de Jacobina-BA, para construir uma possibilidade de intervenção, no âmbito da gestão escolar, especialmente na área pedagógica. Para tanto, propõe criar um grupo de estudos da Educação Profissional, em articulação com as partes envolvidas na Educação Profissional Técnica de Nível Médio da escola e do município de Jacobina-BA, para o alinhamento de projetos e ações conjuntas para essa modalidade escolar. A partir das configurações subjetivas dos estudantes e dos professores do EM poderá ser possível propor mudanças e orientações no lócus pesquisado apresentando e problematizando os resultados deste processo investigativo. Este processo investigativo-interventivo deverá, ainda, contribuir com outras instituições do município nessa modalidade educacional, instituindo um processo colaborativo para identificar e contextualizar as suas principais dificuldades e potencialidades, compreendendo as interferências das políticas públicas que, nem sempre, contemplam as diversidades dos espaços de formação.pt_BR
dc.description.abstract2This preliminary research project results from the attempt to understand the contemporary crisis of Higher Vocational Technical Education in the Professional Education scenario at a state school in the municipality of Jacobina-BA. It proposes to interpret the formation in the Middle Level in face of the challenges of the world of work and, specifically, of the process of Technical Professional Formation of Average Level from the contributions of the participants of this investigation (students graduates of the course and teachers of the school). The methodological path of research is based on the qualitative research perspective and makes an option for the narrative interview and World Café as information collection devices, directly linked to the logic of research-training-participant, whose method is only possible in the final - method as a way, going through the Cultural Studies of the public policies for the MS, of praxiological conception. The founding question turns to the understanding of the crisis of the Technical Vocational Training of Middle Level in the Brazilian contemporary scenario, from the reality of the Technical Professional Education of Medium Level of a public institution in the municipality of Jacobina-BA, to construct a possibility of intervention in the researched reality, within the scope of school management, especially pedagogical. In order to do so, it proposes to produce a study group, in articulation with the parties involved in the Technical High School Technical Education of the school and the municipality of Jacobina-BA, to the alignment of projects and joint actions to this school modality. The aim of the research is to interpret middle level training as well as technical vocational training, based on the subjective configurations of MS students and teachers in this new information society, which also undergoes rapid transformations. From this interpretation may be possible changes and orientations in the locus researched from the problematization of the results of this investigative process for an intervention, in order to contribute with the educational institutions of this educational modality, especially the field of this research. The intention is to produce a collaborative process to identify and contextualize their main difficulties and potentialities, including the interference of public policies that do not always contemplate the diversity of training spaces.
