dc.description.abstractDiscute-se sobre Segurança Jurídica e Inteligência Artificial. Objetivando explorar a aplicação da Inteligência Artificial e investigação de seu uso na baixa processual, identificando o surgimento, os modelos, os impactos positivos e negativos, e de que forma vem sendo implementada esta modernidade no Poder Judiciário do Estado da Bahia. A Inteligência Artificial tem se tornado cada vez mais presente nos tribunais de justiça do país, e a sua utilização como ferramenta de trabalho provoca a necessidade de estudar a eficácia dos mecanismos que compõem esse instrumento. O problema de pesquisa analisará quais os impactos positivos e negativos do uso da Inteligência Artificial para baixar processos no Tribunal de Justiça do Estado da Bahia? À vista disso, para que seja possível responder essa questão, foi utilizado o procedimento bibliográfico, análise documental, artigos, revistas. Nesse sentido, algumas conclusões desenvolvidas ao longo do texto são sistematizadas, de maneira a propor possíveis direcionamentos, tendo a sensação de que, em verdade, há, ainda, muito a ser feito, especialmente no que concerne ao campo das realizações práticas, sendo essa percepção oriunda, em especial, das ilações que se demonstra, de maneira clara, entre a efetivação da segurança jurídica e inteligência artificial. Por fim, como resultado da pesquisa, constatou-se que o Tribunal de Justiça da Bahia utiliza da Inteligência Artificial em uma quantidade alta do acervo em caso de menor complexidade, porém incerteza da aptidão da prestabilidade em ocorrência hermética.
dc.description.abstract2Legal Security and Artificial Intelligence are discussed. Aiming to explore the application of Artificial Intelligence and investigation of its use in procedural discharge, identifying the emergence, models, positive and negative impacts, and how this modernity has been implemented in the Judiciary of the State of Bahia. Artificial Intelligence has become increasingly present in the country's courts of law, and its use as a work tool causes the need to study the effectiveness of the mechanisms that make up this instrument. The research problem will analyze what are the positive and negative impacts of using Artificial Intelligence to download cases in the Court of Justice of the State of Bahia? In view of this, in order to be able to answer this question, the bibliographic procedure, document analysis, articles, magazines were used. In this sense, some conclusions developed throughout the text are systematized, in order to propose possible directions, with the feeling that, in truth, there is still a lot to be done, especially with regard to the field of practical achievements, this being perception arising, in particular, from the clearly demonstrated conclusions between the implementation of legal security and artificial intelligence. Finally, as a result of the research, it was found that the Court of Justice of Bahia uses Artificial Intelligence in a high quantity of the collection in cases of less complexity, but uncertainty in the suitability of the serviceability in an airtight case.
