dc.description.abstractO presente trabalho objetiva apontar a importância da garantia do mínimo existencial à vítima de violência doméstica, como forma de interrupção do ciclo da violência. Para alcançar este objetivo, realiza-se uma pesquisa bibliográfica acerca do tema, através do método de pesquisa bibliográfico e documental, relacionando estudos, leis e dados percentuais concernentes à problemática em pauta. Traça comentários a respeito dos Direitos Fundamentais e do Mínimo Existencial, relacionando-os com a questão de gênero. Discorre a respeito da Lei Maria da Penha e da violência doméstica contra a mulher no contexto nacional, apresentando pesquisas e listando os mecanismos de proteção à vítima já existentes, com a intenção de situar e informar o leitor no tocante à questão. Apresenta a definição detalhada do Ciclo da Violência, tendo em vista que esse é um dos pilares deste trabalho. Analisa o impasse da dependência econômica da vítima em relação ao agressor e como isso dificulta a interrupção do ciclo da violência.
dc.description.abstract2This paper aims to highlight the importance of guaranteeing the minimum existential sufficiency to victims of domestic violence, as a way of breaking the cycle of violence. To achieve this objective, a bibliographical research on the subject was conducted using the bibliographic and documentary research method, relating studies, laws and percentage data concerning the issue at hand. It provides comments on Fundamental Rights and the Minimum Existential Sufficiency, relating them to the gender issue. It discusses the Maria da Penha Law and domestic violence against women in the national context, presenting research and listing the mechanisms of protection for victims that already exist, with the intention of situating and informing the reader regarding the issue. It presents a detailed definition of the Cycle of Violence, given that this is one of the pillars of this paper. It analyzes the impasse of the victim's economic dependence on the aggressor and how this makes it difficult to break the cycle of violence.
