dc.description.abstractO século XXI trouxe consigo uma explosão tecnológica que revolucionou todas as interfaces sociais, e a Arte não ficou de fora desse processo de renovação. A internet mostra-se como um veículo que possibilita um acesso mais democrático às diversas expressões artísticas, tanto no que se refere à recepção, quanto à produção. A literatura, agora, deixa de ser exclusiva aos papéis, podendo ser encontrada em e-books ou sites gratuitos específicos. Da mesma forma que essa literatura consegue chegar com mais facilidade aos leitores, os escritores também encontram menor dificuldade para publicar suas obras. Dentre as novas possibilidades da criação literária oportunizada pelo ambiente digital, encontram-se as plataformas digitais de compartilhamento e leitura de histórias, destacando-se aqui o Wattpad. A partir disso, a presente pesquisa visa escrutinar a literatura produzida no ciberespaço, a fim de compreender quais são os novos processos inerentes à criação literária, e em que se diferem da Literatura produzida antes da Web 2.0, bem como sua legitimidade como Literatura. Para tanto, buscou-se abordar uma metodologia qualitativa através de uma Revisão de Literatura a partir da Sociologia da Leitura, com Chartier (1994;1998;2001; 2002; 2007) e Fisher (2006); da Ficção Brasileira Contemporânea, com Schollhammer (2009); da Cultura Digital, com Jenkins (2015) e Neves (2014); e da Ciberliteratura, com Hayles (1999; 2009). Compreendeu-se, a partir do estudo aqui apresentado, que a ficção do século vigente passa por grandes revoluções que transformam todas as estruturas do processo criativo, desde a concepção de texto até a concepção de autor. Embora tamanha restruturação possa causar amedrontamento por parte da teoria literária, muitos autores apontam, baseados em toda a trajetória do escrito, mais possivelmente uma convivência, ou até mesmo uma convergência entre as formas tradicionais e as novas possibilidades da criação literária.pt_BR
dc.description.abstract2The 21st century brought a technological explosion that revolutionized all social interfaces, and Art was not forgotten of this process of renewal. The Internet is a vehicle that allows democratic access to various artistic expressions, both in terms of reception and production. Literature is no longer exclusive to paper and can be found on specific e-books or free websites. Thus, this type of literature can easily reach readers; writers also find it less difficult to publish their works. Among the new possibilities of literary creation that were brought about by the digital environment, there are the digital platforms for sharing and reading stories, especially Wattpad. Therefore, this research aims to scrutinize the literature produced in cyberspace, in order to understand what the new processes inherent in literary creation are, and how they differ from the literature produced before Web 2.0, as well as its legitimacy as Literature. Therefore, we sought to approach a qualitative methodology through a Literature Review from the Sociology of Reading, with Chartier (1994; 1998; 2001; 2002; 2007) and Fisher (2006); from Contemporary Brazilian Fiction, with Schollhammer (2009); Digital Culture, with Jenkins (2015) and Neves (2014); and Cyberliterature, with Hayles (1999; 2009). To this end, we sought to approach a qualitative methodology through a Literature Review. It was understood from the study presented here that the fiction of the current century goes through major revolutions that transform all structures of the creative process, from the conception of text to the conception of author. Although such a restructuring can cause frightening to literary theory, many authors point out, based on the entire trajectory of writing, more possibly a coexistence, or even a convergence between traditional forms and the new possibilities of literary creation.
