| dc.description.abstract | A instituição da cidadania civil consagrou, no fim do século VXIII, as liberdades individuais. Já no século XIX a cidadania política é ampliada com a extensão do direito de voto e de participação dos cidadãos no exercicio político. A base da cidadania social e econômica é consagrada no século XX com o reconhecimento do direito universal à educação, à saúde, a terra, ao salário digno. Isso depende da afirmação cultural de novos valores na sociedade. A educação libertadora, enquanto processo formador de agentes de transformação, constitui no âmbito do seu trabalho a EA. A EA tem fundamental importância na promoção do desenvolvimento sustentável e para aumentar a capacidade do povo para poder abordar questões de meio ambiente e de desenvolvimento. Para ser eficaz, o ensino sobre meio ambiente e desenvolvimento deve abordar a dinâmica do desenvolvimento do meio físico, biológico e do sócio-econômico e do desenvolvimento humano, deve integrar-se em todas as disciplinas e empregar métodos formais e informais e meios efetivos de comunicação. | |
| dc.description.abstract2 | The institution of the civil citizenship consecrated, at the end of the century VXIII, the individual freedoms. Already in the century XIX the political citizenship is enlarged with the extension of the vote right and of the citizens' participation in the political exercise. The base of the social and economic citizenship is consecrated in the century XX with the recognition of the universal right to the education, to the health, the earth, to the worthy wage. That depends on the cultural statement of new values in the society. The liberty education, while I process transformation agents' formed, it constitutes in the ambit of its work EA. EA has fundamental importance in the promotion of the maintainable development and to increase the capacity of the people to approach environment subjects and of development. To be effective, the teaching on environment and development should approach the dynamics of the development of the physical, biological middle and of the socioeconomic and of the human development, he/she should be integrated in whole the disciplines and to use formal methods and you inform and effective means of communication | |
