A IMPORTÂNCIA DOS COMPONENTES CURRICULARES DE ESTÁGIOS SUPERVISIONADOS NO CURSO DE LICENCIATURA EM CIÊNCIAS BIOLÓGICAS

| dc.description.abstract | O Estágio Supervisionado nos cursos de licenciatura é uma etapa fundamental na formação de futuros professores, pois integra teoria e prática, preparando os graduandos para os desafios da profissão. Durante o estágio, os estudantes vivenciam o ambiente escolar, desenvolvem competências pedagógicas e aprimoram habilidades de observação, participação e regência de turma, para refletir sobre a dinâmica escolar, em especial à docência e construção da identidade docente. A Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Nacional (LDBEN), Lei nº 9394/96 estabelece que o estágio deve incluir atividades como observação, pesquisa, planejamento, execução e avaliação de práticas pedagógicas, alinhando os conhecimentos teóricos à instrução prática. Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo ressaltar a importância do Estágio Supervisionado na formação inicial de professores e seu papel na construção da identidade docente. A pesquisa refere-se a uma pesquisa qualitativa, do tipo revisão bibliográfica tendo como objeto de estudo o Estágio Supervisionado. A pesquisa foi realizada por meio plataforma Google Acadêmico com finalidade de extrair artigos relacionados com o tema em questão. Os descritores utilizados para a busca se constituíram na associação: estágio supervisionado + ciências biológicas + identidade docente, eliminando assim artigos que não abordassem o tema. Desta forma foram analisados 15 artigos publicados no período de tempo de 2014 a 2024. Neste contexto os resultados apresentam que a experiência vivenciada no Estágio Supervisionado é um pilar indispensável na formação inicial de professores, pois aprimoram suas habilidades e adquirem conhecimentos essenciais para a atuação profissional, para além de adquirir experiências e habilidades pedagógicas e identidade docente. | |
| dc.description.abstract2 | In undergraduate teacher education programs, the supervised internship is a fundamental stage in the training of future teachers, as it integrates theory and practice, preparing graduates for the challenges of the profession. During the internship, students experience the school environment, develop pedagogical competencies, and refine their observation, participation, and classroom management skills, in order to reflect on the dynamics of the school, especially teaching and the construction of teacher identity. The National Education Guidelines Law (LDBEN), Law No. 9394/96, establishes that the internship must include activities such as observation, research, planning, execution, and evaluation of pedagogical practices, aligning theoretical knowledge with practical instruction. This research aims to highlight the importance of the Supervised Internship in the initial training of teachers and its role in the construction of teacher identity. The research is a qualitative study, of the bibliographic review type, having as its object of study the Supervised Internship. The research was conducted through the Google Scholar platform with the purpose of extracting articles related to the theme in question. The descriptors used for the search consisted of the association: supervised internship + biological sciences + teacher identity, thus eliminating articles that did not address the topic. In this way, 15 articles published in the period from 2014 to 2024 were analyzed. In this context, the results show that the experience lived in the Supervised Internship is an indispensable pillar in the initial training of teachers, as they improve their skills and acquire essential knowledge for professional performance, in addition to acquiring experiences and pedagogical skills and teacher identity. | |
