| dc.description.abstract | O presente artigo destaca o papel significante da logística reversa (LR) na gestão sustentável de resíduos, com foco na coleta seletiva. Esse processo facilita a reciclagem e reutilização de materiais, reduzindo o impacto ambiental, preservando recursos naturais, diminuindo a poluição e os resíduos em aterros. Também promove a conscientização e participação social na gestão responsável de resíduos, contribuindo para um futuro sustentável. Neste sentido, o objetivo geral deste estudo é analisar a funcionalidade, com foco na coleta seletiva e seu impacto no meio ambiente. Para tal alcance têm-se os seguintes objetivos específicos: conceitos e objetivos da LR, principais legislações, motivos para inserção nas organizações, benefícios ambientais e econômicos e tecnologias e inovações. Para embasamento teórico é utilizado a pesquisa bibliográfica com natureza exploratória usando como norte, teses, sites do governo e educacionais, artigos, livros entre outras fontes secundárias. Após o estudo conclui-se que ao adquirir uma funcionalidade de LR eficiente e bem estruturada ela pode manter as organizações competitivas trazendo um retorno de investimento significativo, auxiliando na diminuição dos resíduos sólidos gerados pelas indústrias, redução de custo, melhoria na imagem e promove a sustentabilidade com suas ações. | |
| dc.description.abstract2 | This article highlights the significant role of reverse logistics (RL) in sustainable waste management, with a focus on selective collection. This process facilitates the recycling and reuse of materials, reducing environmental impact, preserving natural resources, reducing pollution and waste in landfills. It also promotes social awareness and participation in responsible waste management, contributing to a sustainable future. In this sense, the general objective of this study is to analyze functionality, focusing on selective collection and its impact on the environment. In order to achieve this, the following specific objectives have been set: concepts and objectives of SW, main legislation, reasons for its inclusion in organizations, environmental and economic benefits and technologies and innovations. The theoretical basis for the study is exploratory bibliographical research using theses, government and educational websites, articles, books and other secondary sources. The study concludes that acquiring efficient and well-structured LR functionality can keep organizations competitive by bringing a significant return on investment, helping to reduce the solid waste generated by industries, reducing costs, improving image and promoting sustainability with its actions. | |
