| dc.description.abstract | Este trabalho, cuja temática envolve o uso das tecnologias digitais de informação e comunicação no ambiente escolar, enfoca as potencialidades das redes sociais, em especial o uso do WhatsApp em sala de aula, convergindo para inovação de práticas pedagógicas e melhoria do processo de ensino e aprendizagem. Assim, busca-se responder à seguinte questão de pesquisa: Como a utilização da rede social digital WhatsApp pode contribuir para a aprendizagem de alunos no ambiente escolar? Para isso, define-se como objetivo geral analisar a utilização da rede social WhatsApp em sala de aula com uma perspectiva de inovação pedagógica e melhoria do processo de ensino e aprendizagem. Além disso, procura-se identificar como os professores e alunos lidam, compreendem e se apropriam dessas ferramentas favorecendo a cultura digital. Assim, evidenciam-se as concepções e possibilidades referentes às redes sociais digitais, considerando-as como parte das mídias sociais que possibilitam a comunicação, a interação entre os participantes, a obtenção de informações, além da produção e veiculação de conteúdos de forma dinâmica e flexível. Serão apontados os procedimentos e técnicas de investigação, como questionários, bem como a caracterização do lócus e dos participantes, além da adoção da metodologia de análise textual discursiva como referência para analisar os dados. | |
| dc.description.abstract2 | This work, whose theme involves the use of digital information and communication technologies in the school environment, focuses on the potential of social networks, especially the use of WhatsApp in the classroom, converging on innovation in pedagogical practices and improvement of the teaching and learning process. . Thus, we seek to answer the following research question: How can the use of the digitalsocial network WhatsApp contribute to student learning in the school environment? For this, it is defined as a general objective to analyze the use of the social network WhatsApp in the classroom with a perspective of pedagogical innovation and improvement of the teaching and learning process. In addition, it seeks to identify how teachers and students deal with, understand and appropriate these tools, favoring digital culture. Thus, the concepts and possibilities regarding digital social networks are highlighted, considering them as part of social media that enable communication, interaction between participants, obtaining information, in addition to the production and dissemination of content in a dynamic and dynamic way. flexible.
