| dc.description.abstract | O presente estudo foi elaborado tendo como objetivo evidenciar a relevância que o Tribunal de Contas dos Municípios Bahia – TCM tem, enquanto controle externo como órgão fiscalizador nas licitações da Prefeitura Municipal de Itaberaba. Utilizou - se na investigação o método indutivo, com pesquisas bibliográfica e utilização de sites, legislação especifica, revistas e pesquisa de campo. Tem-se como resultado que o TCM-BA é atuante nos processos licitatórios e com o apoio do controle interno municipal buscam melhorar a qualidade da gestão pública de Itaberaba, evitando-se erros ou inconformidades e adotando medidas saneadoras contra possíveis irregularidades na análise de todo o processo. A investigação tem por conclusão que o TCM em função dos poderes que lhe são atribuídos adotam medidas saneadoras contra possíveis irregularidades ou erros na análise de todo o processo licitatório e para reparar tais acontecimentos notificam os responsáveis e orienta a melhor maneira de seguir as leis pertinentes promovendo eventos para qualificação dos gestores. | |
| dc.description.abstract2 | The present study has been prepared aiming of evidencing the relevance that the Audit Court of the Municipalities of Bahia - TCM has, as external control as a monitoring body in the bidding process of the Municipality of Itaberaba. The inductive method was used in the investigation, with bibliographical researches and site utilization, specific legislation, magazines and field research. It is as a result that the TCM-BA is active in the bidding processes and with the support of the municipal internal control improve the quality of Itaberaba's public management, avoiding errors or nonconformities and adopting sanitary measures against possible irregularities in the analysis of the entire process. The conclusion of the investigation is that TCM, by virtue of its powers, adopts remedial measures against possible irregularities or errors in the analysis of the entire bidding process, and to repair such events notify those responsible and guide the best way to follow the relevant laws by promoting management qualification events. | |
