| dc.description.abstract | O presente estudo objetivou entender e apontar o impacto da negociação coletiva e individual no âmbito laboral com advento da reforma trabalhista. Foi feito um histórico de como se formou os movimentos sindicais e de que forma estes movimentos contribuíram nas negociações individuais e coletivas de trabalho. Assim, foi necessário destacar de que maneira as leis trabalhistas são tratadas nas Constituições Brasileiras para que se pudesse entender melhor o surgimento dos direitos sociais do trabalho, seja os direitos individuais ou coletivos. Discutem-se os direitos sociais no âmbito laboral com as inovações trazidas pela nova lei trabalhista e discorre sobre a proteção ao trabalhador visando a melhoria nas suas condições de vida. E por fim, faz-se uma análise dos principais pontos da lei n. 13.467/2017 a qual alterou e introduziu modificações na CLT.Utilizou-se a pesquisa explicativa, a qual registra e analisa os fatos interpretando-os e identificando suas causas, tendo como objeto a pesquisa bibliográfica a qual possibilitou o levantamento bibliográfico referente ao tema. | pt_BR |
| dc.description.abstract2 | The present study aimed to understand and point out the impact of collective and individual bargaining in the labor sphere with the advent of labor reform. A history of how union movements were formed and how these movements contributed to individual and collective bargaining. Thus, it was necessary to highlight how the labor laws are treated in the Brazilian Constitutions in order to better understand the emergence of social rights at work, whether individual or collective rights. Social rights in the labor sphere are discussed with the innovations brought by the new labor law and it deals with the protection to the worker aiming at the improvement in their conditions of life. Finally, an analysis of the main points of law no. 13.467 / 2017 which modified and introduced modifications to the CLT. It was used the explanatory research, which records and analyzes the facts interpreting them and identifying their causes, having as object the bibliographic research which enabled the bibliographic survey related to the subject. | |
