dc.description.abstractEssa pesquisa tem o intuito primário de discorrer sobre Escrevivências e experiências docentes de professoras-negras-lésbicas na Universidade e na Educação Básica, sobre suas inferências e ações no campo acadêmico intelectual e produtor de saber. Parto do reconhecimento da importância que essas mulheres representam na configuração da institucionalização de práticas educativas que primam pelo compromisso do respeito às diferenças. O objetivo geral é compreender como se dão as trajetórias pessoais e as experiências de práticas pedagógicas e políticas de professoras-negras-lésbicas no âmbito acadêmico e na Educação Básica. Para os objetivos específicos tenho as seguintes proposições: a) interpretar como o intercruzamento de raça, gênero e sexualidade interfere nas relações estabelecidas por professoras-negras-lésbicas no espaço acadêmico profissional e na educação básica; b) perceber como suas práticas pedagógicas e experiências docentes se constituem enquanto relevância institucional; c) entender como as relações de trocas, afetações, sentimentos de pertença e solidariedade são estabelecidos entre essas mulheres no ambiente profissional. O amparo teórico consolidado nessa pesquisa para tratar de mulheres-negras-lésbicas foi firmado nos ensinamentos de Audre Lorde, (2020), como também na compreensão política de Glória Anzaldúa (2000). Aparenta como proposta de intervenção a constituição de um livro, esse que será fruto das narrativas apresentadas e analisadas nesta pesquisa. O estudo teve o amparo epistêmico da decolonialidade, utiliza as escrevivências como método de pesquisa e tem como instrumento as entrevistas narrativas. Os resultados apresentados apontam que as trajetórias educacionais das interlocutoras foram marcadas por episódios de racismo e lesbofobia, também foi possível perceber que diante das opressões do ambiente escolar, o mecanismo de proteção em relação à sexualidade ainda é usado pelas professoras-negras-lésbicas em formação, como também fica evidente que a presenças dessas mulheres na educação básica pode representar nos seus estudantes sentimento de pertença e acolhimento. Também foi possível notar como as professoras-negras-lésbicas desenvolvem no ambiente acadêmico um movimento de solidariedade diante das dificuldades enfrentadas por estudantes que se identificam com o corpo e com a forma de ser, suas práticas pedagógicas também refletem um posicionamento político e ativista.pt_BR
dc.description.abstract2This research has the primary purpose of discussing Writings and teaching experiences of black-lesbian teachers at the University and in Basic Education, about their inferences and actions in the intellectual academic field and knowledge producer. I start from the recognition of the importance that these women represent in the configuration of the institutionalization of educational practices that strive for the commitment of respect for differences. The general objective is to understand how the personal trajectories and the experiences of pedagogical and political practices of black-lesbian teachers take place in the academic environment and in Basic Education. For the specific objectives, I have the following prepositions: a) to interpret how the intercrossing of race, gender and sexuality interferes in the relationships established by black-lesbian-teachers in the professional academic space and in basic education; b) perceive how their pedagogical practices and teaching experiences are constituted as institutional relevance; c) understand how exchanges, affectations, feelings of belonging and solidarity are established among these women in the professional environment. The theoretical support consolidated in this research to deal with black-lesbian women was based on the teachings of Audre Lorde, (2020), as well as on the political understanding of Glória Anzaldúa (2000). It appears as an intervention proposal the constitution of a book, which will be the result of the narratives presented and analyzed in this research. The study had the epistemic support of decoloniality, uses writing as a research method and has narrative interviews as an instrument. The results presented indicate that the educational trajectories of the interlocutors were marked by episodes of racism and lesbophobia, it was also possible to perceive that in the face of the oppressions of the school environment, the protection mechanism in relation to sexuality is still used by black-lesbian teachers in training, as it is also evident that the presence of these women in basic education can represent a feeling of belonging and acceptance in their students. It was also possible to notice how the black-lesbian teachers develop in the academic environment a movement of solidarity in the face of the difficulties faced by students who identify with the body and the way of being, their pedagogical practices also reflect a political and activist position.
