dc.description.abstractEsta pesquisa, de abordagem qualitativa e realizada sob a perspectiva do método participante, propôs um estudo investigativo acerca de como ocorre a relação entre a gestão e a família dos alunos dos anos finais do Ensino Fundamental de uma escola pública da rede municipal em Jacobina – Bahia. Tal estudo fez-se necessário mediante a constatação da importância da escola e da família, tanto na construção do conhecimento escolar quanto como garantia do princípio da gestão democrática para autonomia escolar. Somado a isso, buscamos a compreensão de como a gestão escolar percebia esta relação, e, em contrapartida, a ótica dessas famílias acerca de sua participação na escola. Conduziu-se este estudo pela observância de que a participação da família na escola, do modo como vem ocorrendo, se dá, majoritariamente, pela participação da mulher neste processo. A ancestralidade reconhece o saber feminino como essência da vida, como fonte da própria vida. E, por este viés, procurou-se, também, analisar o processo históricosociocultural que perpetuou a divisão sexual do trabalho, e, em consequência disso, estabeleceu a ideia de que é à mulher que cabe, exclusivamente, as obrigações com os trabalhos do lar e a responsabilização pela educação dos filhos. Neste intento, diante de tantas atribuições destinadas à mulher-mãe, e estando ciente de que é ela quem está à frente deste processo de acompanhamento escolar, ainda que de maneira (e porque é) considerada insuficiente, objetivou-se investigar como a equipe gestora de uma escola municipal de Jacobina poderia contribuir para o processo de reconhecimento e a valorização da mulher-mãe na vida escolar dos educandos. Como resultado deste estudo, realizamos a rede de escuta e apoio, espaço para o diálogo genuíno entre gestoras e mães, a fim de que constitua, a partir desta ação inicial, um espaço consolidado para esta parceria.pt_BR
dc.description.abstract2This research, with a qualitative approach and carried out from the perspective of the participant method, proposed an investigative study about how the relationship between the management and the family of students in the final years of elementary school in a public school in the municipal network in Jacobina - Bahia occurs. This study was necessary due to the observation of the importance of the school and the family, both in the construction of school knowledge and as a guarantee of the principle of democratic management for school autonomy. Added to this, we sought to understand how school management perceived this relationship, and, on the other hand, the perspective of these families regarding their participation in the school. This study was conducted based on the observation that the participation of the family in the school, as it has been occurring, is mainly due to the participation of women in this process.Ancestry recognizes female knowledge as the essence of life, as the source of life itself. And, by this bias, we also sought to analyze the historical- sociocultural process that perpetuated the sexual division of labor, and, as a result, establishedthe idea that it is the woman who is exclusively responsible for the work of the home and the responsibility for the education of the children. In this attempt, given so many attributions destined to the woman-mother, and being aware that she is the one in charge of this school monitoring process, even if in a way (and because it is) considered insufficient, the objective was to investigate how the management team of a municipal school in Jacobina could contribute to the process of recognition and valorization of the woman-mother in the students' school life. As a result of this study, we carried out the listening and support network, a space for genuine dialogue between managers and mothers, so that, from this initial action, it constitutes a consolidated space for this partnership.
