| dc.description.abstract | O presente trabalho analisa a ineficácia da lei 11.340/2006, conhecida popularmente como Lei Maria da Penha, a qual objetiva proteger as mulheres que se encontram em situação de violência doméstica e familiar, sendo essa ineficácia demonstrada através da análise de dados de violência doméstica e familiar e de casos de feminicídios, pois este é consequência exclusiva da violência referida. Para isso dividimos o trabalho em três partes, a primeira dispõe sobre o contexto histórico e o texto da lei Maria da Penha. Já na segunda parte, ocorre a análise dos dados de violência doméstica e feminicídio no Brasil e por fim a terceira dispõe sobre as possíveis soluções para inibir a violência doméstica e familiar no país. Diante do exposto, o trabalho tem por objetivo analisar a ineficácia da lei Maria da Penha frente a sua aplicabilidade e alvitrar algumas possíveis soluções para inibir a violência doméstica e familiar desde sua origem, evitando a reincidência dos fatos. | pt_BR |
| dc.description.abstract2 | The present study analyzes the ineffectiveness of Law 11.340 / 2006, popularly known as the Maria da Penha Law, which aims to protect women who are in situations of domestic and family violence, and this ineffectiveness is demonstrated through the analysis of data on domestic violence and family and cases of feminicide, as this is the exclusive consequence of the violence mentioned. For this we divide the work into three parts, the first one about the historical context and the text of the Maria da Penha law. In the second part, there is the analysis of data on domestic violence and feminicide in Brazil and finally the third deals with possible solutions to inhibit domestic and family violence in the country. In view of the above, the objective of this study is to analyze the ineffectiveness of the Maria da Penha law in face of its applicability and to suggest some possible solutions to inhibit domestic and family violence from its origin, avoiding the recurrence of the facts. | |
