| dc.description.abstract | Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo analisar as mudanças e permanências ligadas às diversidades raciais nas práticas pedagógicas dos docentes do Colégio Ernesto Alves (nome fictício), a partir da implantação da lei 10.639\2003; discutir a construção histórico-social da raça e suas implicações na escola especificada, além de Investigar as práticas docentes da mesma instituição educacional. Como referencial teórico, o estudo apresenta reflexões a respeito dos conceitos sobre Racismo, Preconceito, Discriminação e Estereótipo, bem como, sobre Metodologia e Tabulação de Dados. A pesquisa foi desenvolvida a partir da abordagem qualitativa. Os instrumentos utilizados envolveram questionários aplicados a alunos e professores das diferentes disciplinas e entrevista feita aos docentes. Os resultados foram tabulados e interpretados. Buscou perceber se houve mudanças significativas em relação às práticas pedagógicas dos docentes no tocante à questão afro-brasileira – à aplicabilidade da lei nos variados componentes curriculares. Conclui-se que as principais dificuldades para implementação da lei é a falta de planejamento que envolve todas as disciplinas, no tocante a essa lei, com atividades que trabalhe durante o ano inteiro essa temática. | pt_BR |
| dc.description.abstract2 | This research has as the objective of this work is to analyze the changes and permanences related to racial diversities in the pedagogical practices of the teachers of Ernesto Alves College (fictitious name), as of the implementation of Law 10.639 \ 2003; To discuss the historical-social construction of the race and its implications in the specified school, as well as to investigate the teaching practices of the same educational institution As a theoretical reference, the study presents reflections on the concepts of Racism, Prejudice, Discrimination and Stereotype, as well as Methodology and Data Tabulation. The research was developed from the qualitative approach. The instruments used involved questionnaires applied to students and teachers from different disciplines and interviewed teachers. The results were tabulated and interpreted. It sought to understand if there were significant changes in relation to teachers' pedagogical practices regarding the Afro-Brazilian question - the applicability of the law in the various curricular components. It is concluded that the main difficulties for implementation of the law is the lack of planning that involves all disciplines, regarding this law, with activities that work throughout the year this theme. | pt_BR |
