| dc.description.abstract | O conceito de uma literatura Negra é muito recente no cenário literário brasileiro. Dentre os romancistas brasileiros, considerados representantes dessa literatura, destaca-se Lima Barreto, que mesmo sem autoproclamar-se um escritor afro-brasileiro foi incluído nessa literatura pelo caráter de denúncia social de sua produção literária. O escritor tornou-se a voz dos menos favorecidos, como demonstra o romance Clara dos Anjos (1948). Nele, o escritor ficcionaliza as dificuldades de uma jovem mulher negra e suburbana, vivendo em uma sociedade racista e excludente. Buscou-se examinar, a partir dessa observação, de que maneira a narrativa de Lima Barreto, no romance analisado, denuncia os preconceitos existentes no período entre os séculos XIX-XX. O trabalho escolheu como recorte para a investigação a trajetória da personagem Clara dos Anjos e as experiências de preconceito vivenciadas por ela, como forma de representação da voz de muitas mulheres do período, que assim como Clara, sofriam opressões pela condição de mulher, de suburbana e por ser negra. | pt_BR |
| dc.description.abstract2 | The concept of a Black literature is very recently in the Brazilian literary scene. Among the Brazilian novelists, considered representatives of the literature, stands out Lima Barreto, even without him proclaim himself to be an african-Brazilian writer he was included in this literature the character of social denunciation of his literary production. The writer became the voice of the disadvantaged, as demonstrated by the romance Clara dos Anjos (1948). Through it, the writer fictionalizes the difficulties of a black and suburban young woman living in a racist and excludent society. The aim was to examine, from this observation, how the story by Lima Barreto, in the analyzed novel, denounces the existing prejudices in the period between the XIX-XX centuries. The work selected as cropping for the investigation the history of the character Clara dos Anjos and the prejudice of experiences lived by her as a way to voice representation of many women of the period, as Clara, suffers oppression for condition of woman, suburban and being black. | pt_BR |
