| dc.description.abstract | A presente monografia tem como tema a análise do personagem Coringa, especificamente o interpretado por Heath Ledger na obra cinematográfica Batman – O cavaleiro das Trevas (2008), na construção do criminoso, com enfoque na perspectiva da criminologia do outro. A problemática decorre do fenômeno mundial e inesquecível que o vilão se tornou com o olhar do controle social, da psique e da constituição em si do criminoso, que permeia as diversas versões criadas pelo próprio personagem da sua origem, bem como do paradoxo dele ser o antagonista e/ou protagonista. Para tanto é necessário identificar, através do estudo da criminologia do outro a construção do criminoso e sua aplicação, de modo que a sétima arte busque mostrar como o cinema se aproxima da realidade. Isto posto, a necessidade de sair da zona de conforto faz com que os objetos de estudo da matéria a tornem atrativa para demonstração de fenômenos sociais sem conotação valorativa, mediação ou julgamentos, servindo como alicerce para formação de posicionamentos críticos daqueles que o estudam, de modo a contribuir para a formação de opinião, não perdendo, contudo, a ludicidade da sétima arte. O presente trabalho possui enfoque jurídico, pessoal e social, onde a pesquisa fica centralizada na questão específica da criminologia do outro e na construção do personagem Coringa interpretado por Heath Ledger. Em prol disso, utilizando da pesquisa qualitativa e da linha zetética de pesquisa jurídica, após análise de informações e de pesquisa bibliográfica será possível determinar fatores que associam as narrativas criminológicas à ficção. | |
| dc.description.abstract2 | The present research has its theme the analysis of the character Joker, specifically the one interpreted by Heath Ledger in the cinematographic work Batman – The Dark Knight (2008), in the construction of the criminal, focusing on the perspective of the criminology of the other. The problem stems from the worldwide and unforgettable phenomenon that the villain has become with the look of social control, the psyche and the constitution of the criminal itself, which permeates the different versions created by the character of his origin, as well as the paradox of him being the antagonist and/or protagonist. Therefore, it is necessary to identify, through the study of the criminology of the other, the construction of the criminal and its application, so that the seventh art seeks to show how cinema approaches reality. That said, the need to leave the comfort zone makes the subject matter study objects attractive for the demonstration of social phenomena without evaluative connotation, mediation or judgments, serving as a foundation for the formation of critical positions of those who study it, in order to in order to contribute to the formation of opinion, without losing, however, the ludicity of the seventh art. The present work has a legal, personal and social focus, where the research is centered on the specific question of the criminology of the other and on the construction of the character Joker interpreted by Heath Ledger. In favor of this, using qualitative research and the zetetic line of legal research, after analyzing information and bibliographical research, it will be possible to determine factors that associate criminological narratives with fiction | |
